I never write reviews but my experience with the hairstylist/hairdresser at this salon was so terrible that I just had to (to let others know to avoid her). The hairstylist was havyn. First of all, I have naturally black hair, I came in asking for a chocolate dark brown hair and she recommended bleaching so I can get my desired color. She quoted me $240. My hair was still pretty much black at the end of the appointment. I asked what went wrong and she said that maybe the bleach she used wasn't strong enough. I asked but didn't you check if it was light enough? and she said she thought she saw a brown color but that must have been my previous color (I had my hair colored to dark brown w/o bleach back in April overall though still look black). As a hairdresser, she should have known to use a stronger bleach since she knew my hair is naturally black. She said I could come in a few days to get my hair fixed but that she would have to charge me almost the same price. She did promise to take off 25% from the original quoted price since she messed up but at the time of me paying she charged me $190, that's not 25% of $240 but it's almost Christmas and I don't want to be mean so I just didn't say anything and paid the $190. I was never rude to her as i'm not that kind of person. I even thanked her even if I shouldn't have. My hair was stiff after everything was said and done and not the usual soft hair after you get your hair colored. I asked her why it was stiff and she said it's because of all the products she used 🙄As you could see the main theme here is she kept making excuses. Also, she could have rectify the situation by offering to fix my hair another day w/o charge but she didn't. What kind of fool would I be to go back and get charged almost the same and risking getting the same result. Anyways I think the other hairstylists and even the owner is amazing at what they do, all their clients came out with amazing hair. It's just my hair that came out horrible, it looked like I didn't even get anything done but a haircut. Even the haircut was mediocre at best. It saddens me to write this review but I think that Havyn is fresh out of a beauty school or something, she didn't know what she was doing and the worst part is I spent more than 4 hours at the salon. I did a quick scroll on their site (when I got home) and it says that she is a new hairdresser...had I known that ahead of time I would have backed out. My bad for going in blindly w/o appointment and not doing the research ahead of time. I really regret it now. I am sorry for the long review but I hope to help others. Do not avoid this salon altogether because I do think they do have amazing hairstylists and the place is really cute. Just make sure you don't pick Havyn. Or maybe in time she will get better at what she does (hope so) and maybe offer better service (hence fixing her mistakes without any additional cost). She needs more practice on coloring and cutting hair. She should work at a cheaper salon to better her skills first before charging the outrageous amount because her pricing doesn't equal her skills, I am sorry but it's the truth.

Absolutely horrible experience for my wife. First off, my wife’s appointment was at 10. Sam the stylist who was doing her haircut did not show up until after 10:30. Ok, not the end of the world. It happens. My wife wanted an A-line haircut and her hair was just above shoulder length. She very specifically said she didn’t want much length taken off in the front but what she got was a bull cut that was about 4" shorter all the way around then what it was when she went in. Sam messed up several times badly and was trying to correct her mistake and had to keep taking more off to fix it. She absolutely butchered my wife’s hair. My wife came out to the car balling her eye out when I came to pick her up. I immediately called the salon so I was not causing a scene and I asked to talk to a manager or whoever was in charge. The girl that answered told me that the owner was in the shop but with another client and that she would call me as soon as she was finished up. I was hoping to be able to bring my wife back so someone could fix the hack job that Sam had done before the salon closed. I never heard back from anyone! I had to take my wife home and clean up her neck that had not been cleaned up by Sam. I will share pics, this is Sam’s idea of an A-line. Also Sam’s boyfriend was in the salon interrupting her while she was cutting my wife’s hair, extremely unprofessional! Probably one of the reason she was not focused and messing up my wife’s hair. I have no idea how this salon has such high reviews.

I have been getting my hair done by Haylee for a couple years now. She has provided a relaxing clarifying treatment and a couple of hair balayage color treatments to cover and blend my graying hair beautifully. She has also given me different haircuts by helping figure out what would suit my face frame. When I ask her opinion she never steers me wrong because she is honest and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and has only sold me products I truly need to maintain my hair color. Her new salon is extremely cute and relaxing. I highly recommend you try this salon! I found Haylee because a friend of mine gifted me a haircut with her and I have not gone to another hair stylist since.

I've been seeing Haylee for years and have never been disappointed. I'm so happy she has her own salon now. My visit here was amazing, they have many beverages to drink while you have your appointment. I walked in a dark brunette and walked out a firey redhead! Haylee is so good at what she does, I would never trust anyone else with my hair so long as she's around!

My hair stylist Rosa was so friendly and did exactly what I wanted on my hair ! I love this salon and wild highly recommend !

This is a beautiful salon. It was comfortable and very clean. And friendly staff. Britney was my stylist and she is amazing. And does beautiful work.

Brittany is amazing! She is funny, cheerful and always willing to go above and beyond with my 2 kids. Gotta love her energy ❤
