Great Clips

I have been a lifetime customer to great clips for almost 20 years. For my last visit a few months ago I was disappointed. Unfortunately the stylist didn't know what she was doing with my hair. I went in today with my daughter and I. First my daughter has my hair. The way that Kiah did her hair was phenomenal that I decided right then she is doing mine! After she did my hair exactly how I wanted and needed it to be, I made the decision that she is the only stylist I will go to now. Great Clips you did Fantastic hiring her! She knows how to care and cut my type of hair without causing it damage or for it to frizz out. I have not been that extactic after walking out of those doors in a long time! Thank you again Kiah!

Update: gotta give props when deserving. Great Clips called immediately to make things right. Flew in their regional rep to provide continued training to their team members and offered to provide corrective cut. This is how businesses save their reputation. Its not about free handouts. Its about making things right. Great job Great Clips. I realize everyone needs to learn and start somewhere which is why we take our kids to support local business and students. However, I feel like we missed the mark on this one! Last 2 pics are the sample images provided. Everyone was super friendly and shop was clean. Keep practicing ladies.

I got a great haircut here after a very bad experience at a trendy, and more expensive, salon in town. I wish I could remember the stylist who did my hair because she was great. She asked lots of questions, was patient, and very concerned about me leaving happy with my haircut. You cannot beat the price at $22, they take walk-ins, and are open late. The stylist is worked with had 15 years of experience I believe she said, it was alot of years either way.

Haircut was ok... they missed connecting most of the hair on the sides to the top. Always cuts more than wanted here. Missed majority of the sides too... Probably won't come back unless its a last option in Chico Very good for a quick last minute haircut. Not good for date night or anything else really. Make sure to keep an eye out for who cuts your hair, or you'll end up looking like them 😅

I had wonderful experience with Kiah. This place is very efficient and quickly. It is very easy to check in online at home. You are immediately informed the waiting time.

People here are always awesome and super nice and have never had a bad haircut here. Highly recommend!

Great experience here! They are super fast too. They make notes of each appointment in their system.
