I recently had an experience that I think would be fair for others to know about who are considering this salon. Due to working nights my Mother had reached out and booked an appointment with this salon for an appointment. She booked it, gave me the stylist’s name and I believed they would follow through on their end. When I showed up to the appointment all I received was attitude from staff, that they had no record of my appointment, "only a missed call," and that I never confirmed by text message, granted they never texted anyone regarding the appointment. I had driven out of my way and the best they could offer was an appointment two weeks away, and continued to deflect the blame of their clear communication issues by placing them on some fault of my own. This morning I got a text from the owner that the stylist Maddie was no longer comfortable having me as a client, even though initially they offered a discount due to their issues. I thankfully had already found someone else who I believe will keep their word far better than they have been capable. I never cursed or spoke unprofessionally but most certainly wasn’t happy. I have been getting my hair professionally done since I was 14 and this was the most disrespectful experience I have ever had when it comes to getting my hair done. Beware of salons that don’t keep their word and then blame their clientele for their own failings.

Olivia cut and styled my hair. She was so warm, inviting and answered any questions I had about my hair. I'll definitely be seeing her again. (Lgbt+ friendly)

This is a beautiful salon and I love the way they’ve set up their business. It is professional, beautiful, modern and clean. I couldn’t be happier with my new stylist, Alison, who is obviously very capable of getting me from my old short haircut to the longer cut I want. There is plenty of parking behind the building, as well.

I’m sure I’ve had 20 or more stylists and Erica is the only one who can cut my hair to accentuate my curls. I can go 5 months and my curls are still perfect! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I would highly recommend her!

Shanon Parker was amazing!!! She listened to everything I wanted and gave my exactly what I requested, only better!!! I already have my next appointment scheduled!!!

I had my first haircut with Shannon today and I’m so happy with her and the style she gave me. I have curly, frizzy hair and she worked on nearly each individual curl using a dry-cut method to shape my hair to lay perfectly. She was friendly and cheerful, but also focused. I really felt like she wanted to create a cute style for me and wasn’t just cutting on auto-pilot. Thanks Shannon, I’ll be back!
