Zazú Salon Gold Coast

I have been coming to Zazu since December 2021 and they have always taken care of me. I’ve been seeing June and she has given me the best color and cuts. She always listens to my wishes and finds a good balance to make my hair look and feel it’s best. I cannot recommend Zazu and June (especially for curly hair) enough!

I have been coming to Zazu for 10+ years now and they always do a fantastic job! Everyone here is professional and talented at their job. I have seen many stylists here who are all fantastic but have to call out June who has been doing my hair for the past year or so. She does an amazing job with my highlights and haircuts! Always leave feeling good when I come to Zazu!

Zazú was the first salon I tried after moving to Chicago, and I’m so glad I found it! The salon itself is clean and beautifully designed. The front desk team is consistently warm and attentive, always offering tea/coffee as soon as you walk in. Suzette is an absolute gem- I trust her wholeheartedly with my color and cuts; she’s professional, kind, and consistently delivers exactly what I’m looking for. I couldn’t recommend her or this salon enough!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A BOY. DO NOT LET YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER GO HERE EITHER IF YOU CARE ANOUT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE. Did my boyfriend horribly yesterday, clearly untrained and don’t know how to cut men’s hair.

I have always struggled to describe what I want and I never want anything easy, Suzette sat with me and laid out all of my options based on my inspiration pic and ended up giving me something I love and never would’ve known how to describe! Her technique is amazing and my hair is able to grow out so naturally while being blonder which is what I wanted. Everything was great!

Visiting Chicago for a few days and realized the ‘windy city’ had done a number on my hair… made a spontaneous appointment for a blow out and landed with Nevaeh. She was amazing! Warm and friendly, did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been a client here at the Chicago Gold Coast location for over 3 years, everyone is extremely polite, the salon is clean, and products are outstanding. Carolyn is my go to girl, I trust her with all my hair care needs and she always leaves me speechless and so excited to return the second I leave! Booking appointments is so easy and they offer so many great services! They also have great deals with their products and just fully exceed all my expectations. Can’t say enough great things!
