Urban Lift Salon

This salon is like a home away from home. It has neighborhood feel, friendly welcoming vibes, and every time I enter I am greeted, my jacket hung up, and offer of beverage made. Everyone here is seriously wonderful to me and my girls, who also get their hair cuts there. We see Belle and Faith and both are STELLAR at talking through cuts and styles, discussing hair issues, and we walk away very happy with our hair cuts each time! Recommend both of these stylist highly. Belle also does color for 2 of us, mine is standard gray coverage (pic is blended lowlight type not full coverage so the gray hairs peeping here and there were on purpose) and my daughter gets the fun colors. We have both have had excellent experiences. My daughter has said she loves her hair almost every day since we’ve been going to Urban Lift. They are also fabulous at communication and alerting to upcoming appts. I could not recommend this salon more!

Great energy in the salon! Very friendly staff and stylists, felt very welcomed and relaxed during my appointment. Appreciated learning about styling products and what I can do to take care of my hair in between cuts too! Overall loved my cut and enjoyed the visit very much.

Very friendly staff! Belle has cut my hair twice now and is wonderful. She is kind, attentive and welcoming. She really listens to what you’d like to do with your hair and gives great professional advice and insights.

faith is so incredibly talented and literally amazing! i have curly hair and have been traumatized by so many bad haircuts. since i’ve started getting my hair cut with faith, i actually look forward to getting hair cuts. she cuts my curls so well and my hair grows out nicely after being cut. also, my highlights have never looked better. i had the same person doing my highlights for 8 years. i was in a pinch once and decided to have faith do my highlights and haven’t looked back since. her foil placement is amazing. my hair is almost black but you’d never know. highly recommend the salon and faith. this is such a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable. i love it here.

Urban lift stylists & staff are wonderful! They take the time to listen to your needs and are welcoming to all! You will not regret going here for your hair care needs! Plus, they have a salon dog.

I love Urbanlift! I started going here about two or three years ago and always received the best service from everyone! John was amazing at achieving my hair goals. It is hard to find hair stylist that make you feel welcomed and appreciated when you have thick, frizzy, long hair. He never made me feel like a burden! My last visit I decided to go outside the box and colored my hair. Faith exceeded my expectations and was fun, kind, and considerate throughout the entire experience! I love going to this salon! Rest assured, your hair is in GREAT hands with anyone here! (But I recommend my favs John, Faith or Belle!☺️).

I can't believe I have never reviewed this place yet. I've been a customer here since 2016 and absolutely love the staff. Not to mention the whole vibe of the salon. You're greeted immediately and offered a tasty beverage. There is always amazing music on and retro magazines to keep you entertained. John, the owner, has tons of experience with men's or women's cuts and always takes the time to ensure you're getting exactly what you want. Worth every penny and they have the best products too!
