This was my first haircut in Chicago, and I’m happy to say it was a positive experience overall. I booked my appointment over the phone and went with whichever stylist was available, which turned out to be Morsa. She did a great job with my haircut. When I arrived, the staff was busy with other clients, but they still greeted me and made me feel welcome. Morsa was warm and attentive she asked what I had in mind, looked at the references I showed her, and I trusted her with the creative freedom to do what suited my hair best. She shared helpful tips on how to maintain the style and even recommended products/shampoo, which I appreciated. The only cons were small but worth noting: I wasn’t offered any refreshments (I had to ask for water), after my haircut my clothes weren’t brushed off so I still had hair all over, and there’s a $3 charge for their recycling program which is a great initiative, but it would have been nice to know about it while booking. Overall, a good first haircut experience in the city with just a few areas for improvement!

Alexis is always great! she does an amazing job on my hair, she has a keen sense for coloring and cutting hair and I always walk out feeling my best. She also actually listens to you about how much you want cut off your hair! also very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. 10/10 stylist.

Genesis made my hairstyle dreams come true time and time again. She is so incredibly talented and delivers the most comfortable experience to her clients. She really listens to all of your concerns and needs and is always willing to make adjustments throughout the session. I can’t recommend her enough for all hairstyle needs and cuts especially. I’m already looking forward to my next haircut with her!

I got my haircut with Madeline and she was awesome! She listened and asked important questions about what kind of haircut I was expecting. The salon is nice btw. I love the building and all the art concept around it.

I loved my experience with Alexis. She was very knowledgeable, honest and warm. She was also very hospitable and made sure I was comfortable. She listened to my concerns and wishes, and we came up with a plan together. I will keep coming back for her services! I love my hair!

I was nervous to try a different haircut and Genesis NAILED IT! I was extremely happy with my hair cut she took the time to double triple confirm what I wanted and asked all the right questions. Her attention to detail is top tier. And she was the kindest, most hospitable gal! I will be back with her.

Morsa is the best stylist out there, careful and detail-oriented. She gives you options, helps you feel confident with what works for your timing, and she’s very respectful. She did an excellent job.
