Stephanie was amazing! She schedules, greets you at the door, customer service is her middle name. It’s a very comforting environment. I get a quality men’s haircut for a low price and Stephanie takes care of scheduling and making sure everything is smooth! Highly recommend!

I originally came in to get a toner to tone down my balayage, which had blonde and coppery tones. The stylist was very friendly and did her best to help. I even showed her inspiration photos of the neutral brunette balayage I wanted. She proceeded to apply a violet toner and left it on for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the result was that my balayage was no longer visible and my hair had a noticeable violet hue. After washing it twice with clarifying shampoo at home, the purple hue faded slightly, but the balayage was still gone. Since I had a flight that same day, I couldn’t return until the following week. When I came back, I politely told them I loved the haircut and style, but not how the color muted my balayage and gave my hair a violet tone. They were able to see me that same day. However, instead of listening and helping, the salon owner blamed the problem on my hair being "too dry." Throughout the "color correction" process, she kept whispering to the stylist, assuming I couldn’t hear, and claimed she would restore my hair to how it was before. Instead, she applied toner that left my hair orange and red—completely unlike how it looked originally. To make matters worse, the owner stood directly in front of me during the service, staring at me in an intimidating way. Rather than taking responsibility and being professional, she tried to shame me. I’m not someone who complains or asks for freebies, and I had paid a lot of money for my balayage originally, only for it to be ruined and made worse. I ended up thanking them out of politeness but left to find another salon that actually understands color theory and respects its clients.

New visitor! I'm really pleased with my haircut and the hospitable service from this team. I made a same day appointment with Tim, and he approached my layered cut very mindfully and was clear about the technique and styling. I haven't gotten such good results from other local stylists/salons with my really dense, straight hair, so I can definitely say I was impressed and that I'll return! Thank you.

My 11 year old desperately needed a haircut and 4 Elements had an opening available. Maggie greeted us with a warm welcome, offered us beverages (I had a glass of wine) and sat us right down in the salon chair to get to work. Nesi listened to everything my daughter wanted and did a first class job. She is a true expert and we will definitely come back to her! This salon has a great fresh vibe and is pristinely clean. I highly recommend it!

Milena is the most talented and skilled hair stylist I've ever had! I have been going to her for 4+ years now and am always happy with the result. We recently built a hair plan for my wedding months in advance to achieve the perfect color and cut for my wedding day and it is just perfect. I constantly receive random compliments on my balayage from strangers and friends. She is a true gem, and truly cares. Go to her! The rest of the staff is also very welcoming and talented (Maggie styled my hair for an event and it turned out great). Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now and Milena not only rescued my hair when I first came to her, but she's kept it beautiful ever since with regular cuts and color. She helps keep my grays at bay and my hair healthy and lovely in general, including the occasional bayalage. Agnes and Maggie are also very kind and help me with any product that I may need...they have a great selection too.

Beautiful salon and friendly environment. Katalina was my nail tech and she did a FABULOUS job on my no-chip manicure. She even took the time to perfect the design on each hand. I will definitely be coming back to see Katalina!
