Dr. Brace is very unprofessional. The first time I went to her she was so nasty to me. She started yelling at me in front of customers and asking me where is the rest of my money. The second time I tried to schedule an appointment, she didn't try to work around my schedule.. I told her that I had to get my granddaughter to Summer School. She said she don't care about my personal problems and tried to schedule almost a month in a half to get my hair done.I needed my hair done before the appointment that she tried to give me. I thought she was a nice person, but I found out she is not a pleasant person at all. Don't go to her for anything concerning your hair.

Excellent professional hair stylist! I drive all the way from Newport News for my 11year old daughter to get her natural hair trimmed by Karen. She loves her and it’s the best trim/cut she has ever had. Been hard to find! As well as educating me on any questions I may have on her tight coily texture. Highly recommend! Book your appointment early though as she’s popular!

Keisha has been my stylist since 2009. I trust her implicitly witj my hair. She will not allow me to do things that will damage my hair. I get compliments all the time on my hai. She is amazing

Quick appointment, I was in and out within an hour. Keisha was professional and easy to talk to. The shop is very clean, well lighted and a drama free zone. Glad my coworker referred me. I look forward to return visits.

I love these ladies, their style and the hairstyles they do, are great, and I have followed them to every location. This one is a winner. I have natural hair now because of Keisha. No perm. And it's because of her my hair has grown. She truthful. My family and I will continue traveling to get THE remedy.

First visit...Very classy, clean and welcoming decor upon entrance. Promptly greeted upon entrance! Scheduled appt. for next day with Keisha. Upon arrival service began -no waiting. Haircut, shampoo and style. Precise cut and healthy shine upon completion. This will be my new "home for my hair!"
