Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in my 30 years of life. From the very first interaction, you can tell EVERYTHING about how someone operates, and Jo was exceptional from start to finish. She answered all of my questions respectfully, gave me a full price rundown, told me exactly what I needed (if anything), and even asked detailed questions about how I wanted my hair. The initial contact. I knew the second she responded, she was it. Jo is a prime example of how any business or professional should operate. I’ve witnessed some awful hair experiences that made me wonder how certain places even have clientele with the way they run things. But Jo? Jo is that girl. For me, it starts with who she is as a person the hair comes second. She exceeded my expectations in every way.

Jo absolutely gave me the best sew in I’ve ever had. Not one track slipped, moved, came up or anything. After 2 and 1/2 months the only reason I decided to take it out was that I wanted a different look for an event, otherwise it would have lasted even longer.
