I came in looking for a change and some help perfecting my curls, and Kristin was absolutely amazing. I’m terrible at explaining exactly what I want when it comes to hair color, but she somehow understood perfectly and brought my vision to life. Going from blonde to red was a little scary, but Kristin made me feel completely comfortable—and I’m so glad I trusted her because the result are flawless. She also shared so many great product recommendations and new techniques to help me achieve my best curls. On top of her talent, she’s incredibly personable and genuinely sweet. After my experience with Kristin, I know I’ve found my new salon. Highly recommend!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing this salon is. I’ve been coming to Mora Salon since they first open. Everyone is very pleasant and warm. Soly has been my hairdresser for years and I’ve never been disappointed with any of my hair colors, style etc. She goes above and beyond with everything she does. She makes you feel welcome, she listens to what you want and explains everything in detail. This salon is top notch. You pay for the services you are getting, the product they are using (that are not cheap) and their time and effort they provide to you. You guys all rock.

From start to finish, my visit to Mora Salon was nothing short of amazing! The staff was not only professional but incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. This was my very first time coloring my hair, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. The team truly worked their magic, delivering a look that exceeded all my expectations. I had a horrible botched haircut 10 weeks ago. 75% of my hair was cut to just past shoulder length giving it a mushroom shape with one long portion in the back. I was terrified to try somewhere new to fix it. Celina was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Celina was professional and patient with me as I was so nervous to have someone touch my hair again. She was also extremely understanding and confident-walking me thru exactly what she could do to even out my hair. I wasn’t looking for a 100% fix since I knew my hair just needed to grow out but this was perfect! I am so happy with these results and excited to schedule my next appointment with her!

I got my hair done yesterday and I wanted to change up my normal color. I showed Wanda 3 pictures of what I was looking for and she absolutely nailed it! I love my hair so much, can’t get over how good it looks! Not to mention how amazing the whole staff is! I strongly recommend you go to this salon!!!

*any owner who has a small talk with a client "how are you, what do you do for a living, do you have children?" Then respond in this manner just because I left a bad review seriously has issues. To bring up my daughter and create a false narrative to justify this review is sad. None of what you stated is remotely true. Take accountability, press on, & do better. Beware of anyone who books here if you don’t like their services she will lie for no good reason. Her character in this response shows what I went through. Upset and angry can’t even begin to describe how I feel about my experience with Mora Salon. This is "4" bundles in short they gave me half my hair I ordered and tried to make me buy the other half. They said 25 pieces come in two bundles. I’m writing this review on the same day as my appointment to show the immediate results of my style, preventing any disclaimer of, "this is not what your hair looked like after leaving the salon." In August 2024, I had my initial consultation with Brie. I showed her videos and photos of my hair and the desired look I wanted to achieve. Since relocating, it wasn’t feasible to see my previous stylist. Brie confirmed she could help me achieve my desired look. I was currently wearing K-Tips, and the photos (see attached) I shared were of my own hair with K-Tips when they were first installed, so I knew the look was achievable by a master stylist. Brie quoted me $850 with two K-Tip bundles to achieve my desired fullness. At the time, I decided not to book with Mora Salon since my original stylist was in town. Months later, needing a new install, I called Mora Salon. The front desk found my information and scheduled me for an install without needing another consultation. On the day of my appointment, just 20 minutes before the scheduled time, the salon called to inform me Brie was running behind with a client and suggested I grab a coffee while waiting. I agreed since I was nearby. However, minutes later, they called again to say my extensions didn’t arrive in time, and I’d need to reschedule—after driving an hour to get there. I returned the next day, and Brie informed me that two bundles weren’t enough. She questioned who had done my consultation, claiming she would’ve said this wouldn’t suffice. I asked for the manager, Wanda, for assistance. The extensions Brie ordered were the wrong color. When Wanda arrived, she confirmed the hair wasn’t enough and asked how much more I’d be willing to spend. Brie eventually admitted she conducted my consultation after initially denying it. They blamed me for not booking another consultation, but I relied on the front desk’s assurance that everything was fine. Wanda instructed Brie to proceed with the install and said they’d handle payment later. I was not expecting another $850 since I was already quoted and paid. Wanda suggested blending the incorrect color extensions by placing the lighter ones at the bottom and darker ones on top. The install process was emotional for me after being blamed for their miscommunication. Wanda eventually said she would comp the additional extensions and jokingly asked "are you still mad at us?" Afterward, I noticed a large gap in the front of my bangs and asked Brie to fill it in. While she agreed, Wanda interrupted, scoffing and saying, "We already did enough." As Brie styled my hair, she repeatedly insisted on curling it despite my polite refusal. Wanda instructed Brie to take photos and videos, but I declined. Brie ignored me, still taking photos until I firmly objected. When I refused again, Brie roughly removed the cape and said, "Okay, then we’re done" and did not curl my hair to hide how bad it was. At checkout, Wanda approached me with a comb and her phone, demanding me to let her photograph me. I declined again, and she stormed off, saying, "And we did all that work for nothing." I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated. They could have refunded my deposit and declined services when they realized their own mistake. Instead, I was blamed, chastised, and treated poorly.

My experiences at Mora salon are always the best! From start to finish. The staff are always very welcoming, professional, friendly and kind . Wanda did amazing as per usual and I trust her magical hands with my eyes closed! My new look surpassed all my expectations and I absolutely love it! I Highly recommend Mora salon! You won’t regret it!
