Chloe is PHENOMENAL. From the moment I sat in her chair, she asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand my vision. She was honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing so I felt completely comfortable and confident. She completely transformed my hair. I went from long, straight, one-length dark hair to the most gorgeous copper brown balayage with stunning layers. It’s beautiful! Her professionalism and energy are unmatched. This was hands down one of the best hair experiences I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommended! I will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Therapy Hair Salon in Charlotte. From start to finish, everything felt welcoming, organized, and professional. My stylist, Chloe, was absolutely wonderful. She’s clearly not just a stylist, but a true hair artist and color specialist. I have a lot of hair and it can be challenging to work with, but she made the entire process look effortless. She spent real time consulting with me, carefully formulating the color, and explaining her approach. You can tell she’s educated, skilled, and genuinely cares about her craft. On top of that, she has such an easy, kind personality — we had great conversation and the hours flew by. It never felt rushed or transactional. The salon itself was clean, warm, and friendly. Communication before and after the appointment was excellent, parking was easy, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. They offered product suggestions without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I usually find at least one thing to critique somewhere — but I can’t think of anything here. Yes, it’s an investment, but the quality, time, and care absolutely made it worth it. Even though I’m moving to Atlanta, I would happily come back to see Chloe again. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I visited Therapy Salon with my mom, who is visiting from Argentina, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were kindly offered a drink, which made us feel very welcome. Jordan took care of us and was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and truly gifted. He made my mom feel comfortable, cared for, and relaxed the entire time. She left looking beautiful and feeling so happy with the result. Thank you for making this experience so special for her. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this salon.

Chloe took time to discuss my services and thoroughly worked to achieve the style I hoped for. She provided a great hair cut and has excellent customer service. I will definitely be using her services in the future.

I had my first experience at Therapy Hair Salon today with Tarah. It was amazing!! She did so so good and brought my inspo pictures to life perfectly. She made she every cut she made was perfect and everything was exactly to my liking, and she made sure of it! I am so obsessed and happy with my hair!

Bryan is fantastic!! So glad I found him! I love Hair Therapy-the staff, salon and location are top notch! I am very picky-having moved to Charlotte this year and losing my stylist after 30yrs due to our move, I had to really do my research and am so happy that I chose wisely with Bryan and Hair Therapy!! Now my daughters have appointments lined up! Great product line too! If you’re looking for a new salon or are new to the area, you won’t regret going to Hair Therapy! I’ve seen the work of the other stylists and you cannot go wrong with whomever you book an appointment with!! Highly recommend!!

I love going to Therapy salon! I was greeted by someone at the front desk who made me a delicious holiday coffee. Next, Carissa had me fill out a quick questionnaire so she could best serve me today. I love how I can let her know whether or not I’m in a chatty mood! Each time I visit, the appointment is tailored to how I’m feeling! I love my hair cut and color!!!
