I just got a keratin smoothing express treatment there and I loved it. My hair is so soft and shiny! Delaney was so kind and professional, she explained the whole process to me and my wife. She gave us different options and the best advice. Even though I'm a guy with very long hair, they didn't treat me differently from any other customer. This was refreshing, because I have been treated differently at other salons in the past, just because I am male. They listened to my specific wants and needs without judgement.

I had the absolute best salon experience ever at OA Salon at Coswald!! I was diagnosed with androgenic alopecia a few years ago and gradually my hair has fallen out more and more despite countless efforts to regrow my hair. I found OA Salons and decided to give them a try and go for a consultation for a wig or topper. Upon arrival I was greeted with much enthusiasm from the staff and felt very welcomed from the start to finish. They spent so much time with me showing me toppers that worked best for me and explaining the process. I had my new hair styled and left feeling like a new person. My confidence is finally back up and I am going to be a lifetime customer! Olga, Bethany and Chance all treated me with kindness and were extremely professional!! The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. The human hair used is so soft and luxurious! They truly are the best at hair replacements!!

I got my hair done at OA salon and they are amazing! They are very knowledgeable about extensions and color and my blonde was so beautiful and bright! It is such a good vibe and everyone is so friendly and warm! It is the best my hair has ever looked!! I definitely will be back again.

Let me start by saying Salem is a master at hair. I came here for my first time ever yesterday morning with a crisis that I never thought would be able to get fixed. I’m still in shock and honestly can’t believe how everything worked out. She not only accepted the challenge but helped me out same day! (Not common) she deserves way more than 5 stars and way more $ as a tip than I could even carry. She will forever be my extension queen!

i have lived in charlotte for almost 6 years and have been seeing madison for 2 of those - she is the best hairstylist that i’ve had in all my time here. madison has a way of knowing exactly what i want before i do & always makes sure that i leave feeling super confident and happy with my hair 🙂 i look forward to my appointments not only because i know she’ll get me right but also because i love her fun and bubbly personality!! could not recommend her enough! <3

After 20+ years of going to the same stylist I decided to try a change. It went wrong and I called OS Salons in search of a cut and color repair. They suggested Mia and I am so grateful to have found her. Not only was she able to correct my cut and color that day she now has me feeling more confident about my appearance than I’ve felt in years. Her price is very reasonable and I’m always able to find an appointment (my last girl was often booked 4-6 weeks out from when I called).
