Lucky You ​Natural Hair Care

I was unsure if the service that I wanted prior to visiting Lucky You. I booked a consultation with LaDonna and we discussed few options. With her help, I decided to explore how to wear my naturally curly hair. She trimed my hair, advised me on how to curl my hair, and the best products to use. I'm so happy I found her. Thank you so much LaDonna. I can confidently wear my hair natural as intended.

This afternoon I had an amazing encounter via phone with Tika & Shawna! It was a pleasure speaking with both of them they were able to answer my questions and offer next steps! Tika gave me helpful information and connected me to Shawna. I am looking forward to meeting Shawna for a consult after my vacation! When looking for someone to loc your hair first impressions, energy, vibes, etc. prior to face to face will set the tone! Thanks ladies for making me feel at ease regarding my next journey!

My hair dress that is inside of this building Candice, that only deals on natural hair locks, twist,braids, etc; is reasonably priced, phenomenal at her job and knows her craft well. I recommend her to anyone that is serious about maintaining their natural hair and enjoy a full service experience. No prewashing your own hair before you come and then still paying as if they did it for you. She also uses all natural products which are great quality.

I have been going to Samirah since November 2024 to start my loc journey and she is truly AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable about the process and sets expectations from the beginning which I absolutely appreciate. She always makes sure that I am comfortable, tries to always accommodate and talks through any of my questions. On top of that, the hair wash and the tea tree mint shampoo she uses, puts me out everytime! I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional hairstylist as she is a jack of all trades!

I traveled all the way from Greensboro, NC and let me tell you... It was definitely worth the drive Samirah is one of the best locticians I've ever gone to down to the customer services to the services it's self. As a black women I've had many traumas from getting my hair done by different people. and I knew Samirah was the perfect loctician from me when she took the time to ask about my hair journey, my concerns and overall what I was looking to get done for that day. She made sure I was comfortable not just personally but also with the way she was doing my hair every step of the way. She was extremely professional and Military friendly when it comes to styling. Don't waste your time looking for other stylist COME TO SAMIRAH and she will take good care of you. Not only did she take care of me but the overall vibe in the salon is absolutely amazing, everyone was so welcoming and professional and after my first time going it definitely wont be my last.

Jamika did a great job with the girls hair. This was our 1st time at the salon and the atmosphere and customer service was amazing. I'll definitely bring my grands back when they need their hair done while visiting Charlotte.
