This is the best salon ever!!! I had the pleasure to have Elizabeth work on my hair, the staff is so polite and make you feel welcomed. Elizabeth explained what she was applying to my hair and talked me thru every step, she gave me advice how to properly take care of my wavy hair. She did a beautiful balayage and haircut on me. I got a toner and gloss and my hair has never been this soft, pictures don’t do it justice! I’m so happy with how it turned out! Overall the best experience ever, this will be my new favorite salon! Prices are fare, the experience is overall amazing!!

Nicole did such a beautiful job w my hair. It was dull, lifeless and the ends were tangly. She brought it back to life and made me look 10 years younger! It even looks like highlights and I didn’t even get those! I’m not sure if she did magic or is just really talented w scissors, but I’ll be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Trey! I was heading to my annual holiday event in Charlotte and needed some life and curl to my hair for this special occasion. It turned out perfect! I visited Gisoo Salon for the first time, and as soon as we arrived, I noticed it’s an Aveda concept salon — I’m a big fan of Aveda products, so that was a great start! They also have plenty of parking in the back, which is super convenient. We made our reservation over the phone, and the customer service was excellent from the beginning. When we entered, we were greeted warmly and even offered tea and water. The stylists were friendly and professional, and while washing my hair, they gave a wonderfully relaxing massage. My stylist recommended a haircut and style that really suited me, and she did an amazing job. I’ve already started recommending Gisoo Salon to all my friends! Another great thing — you can buy Aveda products right there, earn points, and even redeem them later. Overall, a fantastic experience — welcoming staff, relaxing atmosphere, and great results. I’ll definitely be going back!
