I had such an amazing experience at Element 5 Salon! Everyone was so welcoming and my stylist Zack completely transformed my hair! I had been getting blonde highlights for the past 6 years and wanted to switch my hair up so I decided to go darker and it was the best decision, I gave Zack full control on the color and he absolutely killed it! I have never been so happy with getting my hair done, 11/10 recommend Zack!

I recently had my first haircut at this salon, and I must say I couldn't be more satisfied. The guest reception service was exceptional, and I was promptly introduced to my stylist, Savannah, within just 5 minutes. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and formulated a plan to achieve my desired style. Throughout the appointment, Savannah maintained a polite and engaging conversation, creating a relaxing environment where I felt comfortable discussing my preferences. This level of attentiveness is rare among hairstylists, and I truly appreciated Savannah's professionalism. The price was reasonable, and they used high-quality products. She even recommended some products that I'm excited to try out and see the results. With a variety of skilled stylists and a wide range of services available, I highly recommend this salon for anyone in need of a summer cut or any hair treatments.🔥💯

Clean, friendly and fast. I saw Jasmine, she was attentive to what I expressed I wanted and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was also in and out with a cut and color in 2 hours and without spending an arm and a leg. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I’d highly recommend this salon and Jasmine. I have thick, wavy textured hair and I loved what she did for me!

Brandi is the absolute best!! She can take your vision and make it into a reality. You feel very comfortable and relaxed in her chair. Everything is very clean and organized, always runs on time. I found my forever salon.

I am sure the poor work of one stylist does not speak the the capabilities of the others at Element 5 Salon. That being said the poor quality of the results from this visit speak for themselves. The image of the woman with the necklace on depicted the style being requested and this exact image was shared with the stylist. The the other image shows the poor excuse of an attempt that was made by the "stylist" who's business card is shared here as well. I am pretty sure that even a blind stylist can tell you what is wrong here. Much to Element 5 Salon's credit the 2 other individuals I went back and spoke with about this issue had no explanation and made no excuse for the terrible services rendered. We were refunded the full amount without argument.

Christiannah is literally my absolute favorite stylist that I’ve had since moving to the Carolinas! She’s always done an amazing job on my hair and gets me exactly where I need to be in my hair goals!
