I usually don’t leave reviews but I came to an Asian salon excited to have experienced people for my Asian hair. I left pretty disappointed. I didn’t leave with what I wanted. I told him one inch off and showed him a picture and he barely looked at the photo and just said "ah bangs and layers". He chopped a lot of hair off and gave me more of a wolf cut. My hair is a couple inches shorter than the reference photo but I have very thick hair as well so too many layers give my head more of a choppy puffy look. Not to mention he accidentally poked my eye twice when brushing and drying my hair. I attached my reference photo (girl in white shirt) and what I got (me in black shirt). I’ll try the other location or a different salon all together

I,ve been searching for a salon for quite some time, and I finally found a place that is professional. I wanted a stylish look that would also be easy to manage, and my stylist kindly explained that getting that specific style would require a perm—otherwise, I’d have to spend time styling it every day. Thanks to that honest advice, I went ahead with the perm and ended up with a polished, effortless everyday look. I also thought about coloring my hair afterward, but after checking my hair condition, she recommended giving it some time to recover first. That really made me trust her even more. She even shared some helpful tips on how to style my hair for special occasions, which I really appreciated. See you soon!

I rarely leave negative reviews and usually just move on if I have a bad experience. However, the way the owner and manager (Jacob) of this business handled the situation was appalling. Jacob did the perm service for my mom, and during the procedure, he repeatedly left her unattended to go eat, leaving her in the chair for extended periods. Her ear was burned by the machine, yet my mom still tipped him $30. The next day, one side of her hair was straight while the other was curly, and her hair was extremely dry. I contacted customer service, and I believe the owner responded. They asked us to return to check my mom's hair, which we did. Upon arrival, Jacob was immediately rude. While washing my mom's hair, he was rough despite our repeated requests for him to be gentle. He insisted we didn't know how to care for the hair and that he would teach us how to use a dryer to make it look curly. What's the point of spending $250 on a perm if we have to spend 15-20 minutes drying our hair after every shower to make it look curly? During our conversation, Jacob repeatedly invaded my personal space, making me very uncomfortable, and I asked him to step back multiple times. We left upset and sent another message to customer service, but they ignored us. In this tough economy, people spend their hard-earned money at your establishment, and it should be valued.

When you’re in Chandler, this is the place to go for a haircut. Even though I’m from out of town, I make a point to book an appointment here every time I visit because the quality is that consistent. The team is talented, attentive, and truly knows how to make your hair look and feel its best. Worth going out of your way for, every single time!

I'm form out of state and was visiting Arizona when I had my color and haircut done by a male stylist last Friday. I loved how it turned out! He was friendly,professional,and very knowledgeable about hair. I really appreciated learning new tips as well

They know what they’re doing and create a great change in style. They listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that turned out perfectly. Highly recommend this place.
