Skye Salon & Spa

I have been going to the salon for a long time. Stevie is my hairstylist and always does a great job with my hair in addition to be an amazing human. So when I got a last minute invite to a special event the Skye Salon was my first call! I explained what I needed and they receptionist knew right away which stylist would be perfect for the job and scheduled me with Bonnie. Bonnie did such an amazing job on my hair for a special event and was able to get me in on short notice. She was skilled, friendly and a lot of fun to work with. The event was a 1940’s themed ball. My hair style was era specific, beautiful and held up throughout the whole event! I got so many compliments on it and had to give her all the credit.

Finally a salon that isn’t a Suite Setting! I enjoy going to a salon that has a community of stylist altogether in one room, socializing, and communicating with the community! They have an amazing selection of retail products, including Kevin Murphy one of my absolute faves! You can’t really go wrong with any of the stylists there but each one does have a specialty, which is cool. Call and talk to the front desk. They will be more than helpful in recommending a specific stylist for you to see!

I've been going to Melissa Healy for years. She is patient- competent- and extremely talented. Even if I'm asking for something ridiculous (which I've done from time to time) Melissa takes her time to educate me but then will respect my decision. On more than one occasion I've asked for something that just didn't turn out how I expected and rather than sending me away unhappy she will spend hours fixing it until it's just right and I'm happy with the outcome. If you want a talented stylist who is a complete bad ass with color- go see Melissa. She is flat out the best and I won't let anyone else touch my hair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Zero stars. I asked Melissa for highlights and lowlights, like I had in the past. She took a different approach and added extra steps (and expense), making my hair way too dark. So she added a quick fix treatment but it turned my roots orange. 3 1/2 hours later and she told me that I'd like it when I get home. Her co-worker kept saying "it's pretty" - not. So now I have ash blond highlights, orange roots and damaged hair. I asked for money back and she told me we need to part ways. Pretty sure several stylists really don't know what they're doing.

My whole family gets our haircuts here. It can be busy at times, but the staff is always nice and will get you something to drink if you need it. Their hair stylists are great and can handle any hair or manicure need you have. I recommend Sharon.

Skye Salon and Spa is great! Prices are reasonable and their cuts and color are perfect. My teens, mom, husband and I have been nothing but fully satisfied with Cassidy and Brandi. Highly recommend. Such a relief to find a salon like Skye!

Unfortunately my experience with Skye salon has become one where I will not be returning. I was once really happy to see Maddy as my regular hair dresser. A lack of professionalism and communication is prevalent here and I would rather spend more and get a higher quality of service with hair stylists that communicate professionally and maturely with their clients than somewhere where your hair stylist is unreliable and constantly ill. I don't recommend Skye Salon as even their front desk team is mousy and unprofessional.
