They claimed they had a professional who knew how to do henna, and we had it done and over the span of a couple of hours, it should have turned out very dark. It didn’t darken at all, and everything was recorded. While we were getting our hands done, they raised the price quoting one price when we walked in and a different one when it was time to pay—then accused us of lying. When we asked to review the camera footage, they refused to let us see it. I would not recommend this place every! I wish I could give this place no stars it honestly a terrible experience.

Please ladies avoid this place if you are looking for haircut. I had a worst experience been there for layer cut but the lady Rosi is worst she doesn’t know how to do layer and she made my hair look so bad with just two layers. I paid total of $230 bucks for my service and still regretting.

I did my Japanese straightening from yasmeen 6 months back. It was not done properly and after first wash my hair were frizzy and wavy again. I called her sent her pictures of my hair and went to the salon as well to show my hair personally. At that time she agreed too and gave me her card with her sign and dates for appointment to redo the straightening. Now when we went on the date she is like I know and I remember everything but I will not do it again. I paid $250 + $25 for tip it’s all wasted. She is a big lier. I didn’t buy Groupon bcoz she cried that she won’t get much from Groupon and promised that she would give me the same rate. I bought shampoo and conditioner from her as well. Now she is accusing me that I was using heena. But for her information I did straightening before as well and know the rules, Ive never applied heena on my hair in last 10 years. Worst customer service. Yasmeen is a thief and a big lier. She even threatened me to report to police if I put a negative review with photos, but here I am. I want everyone out there to know that this salon is the worst and in particular Yasmeen, don’t go for any hair treatments at this place, run away.

I had an amazing experience at this salon My stylist, yasmin was fantastic. They really took the time to listen to my preferences and gave me great suggestions for my hair type. I’m so happy with my new cut—it’s exactly what I wanted, and it looks great!

NOT RECOMMENDED AND DON’T get TRAPPED!! I got my permanent hair straightened at this place and worst service ever I got on my hair till now. Yasmeen(owner) she didn’t specify what exact shampoo I need to apply before and now when I touch base after couple of days by seeing the end results and she was trying to put blame on me saying you did not use right shampoo etc etc.. Also, over the phone I clearly mentioned about hair length but as soon as I arrive she started drama to increase the money saying you have lengthy hair and all(of course I paid extra than what I promised over the phone) but not worth at all.

Yasmin, Rozmin and Salima always take care of me; real good, during my visits for hair services at Pretty hair design. Yasmin always knows what my hair needs and also what I have in my mind. She is an expert in knowing the color, highlights and styles for her clients. I am super excited to know that she also has started micro needling and other aesthetic services.
