After 20 year of business, I’ve decided to part ways. I’ll never return to this shop. I went in for a trim and came out with a cut. There’s no way my hair had this much damage in the 3-month time. Watch who you allow in your head. Never let any with shorter hair than yours cut your hair. I believe she knew full well what she was doing. People will take advantage of your loyalty for their own devious reasons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

She does wash hair and makes your scalp say thank you , no perm don't worry sheshe will give you body ans straight hair that last .Absolutely gives top notch service , timely, friendly, knowledgeable with all hair types and overall gives excellent service.

I have been a faithful client to Nikki for over 12 years. With her, I’ve transitioned from long hair to a bob, to a pixie cut, and I’m currently natural. During every transition, my hair has remained thick and healthy. Nikki (owner of Nu:U Salon) is an excellent hair stylist. I have gone to her for the last 10 years, and as a resident of Dallas I haven't found ANYONE in the Dallas area to cut hair as well as she does. For the majority of the time I've gone to Nikki, I have worn my hair in a pixie, but throughout that time I've also worn it longer. No matter what stage my hair was in, long or short, Nikki kept my hair healthy and always with a fresh and up to date look and style! I have also referred several of my friends who have natural hair, and they ALL were as equally satisfied. Nu:U Salon is centrally located, and Nikki is both, professional and consistent to her brand. Moving from Illinois to Dallas Texas it was hard finding a great stylist. My sister lives in Dallas and she did research and her Coworker told her about Nikki. Nikki is very personable, and funny. When she shampoo your hair, it is so relaxing and put you to sleep!!!! I thank God we found Nikki and LOVE when she does my hair 💛💙💚💜❤️The salon atmosphere is Wonderful!!!!
