I never imagined finding such an upscale, relaxing hair salon right here in Carrollton. From the moment we arrived, the service and atmosphere were exceptional. My son and I were taken to a beautiful private room just for the two of us, where we were served drinks and snacks in a serene, elegant setting. I had a mini head spa and a trim, and every step of the process was amazing — so relaxing and professional. Rachel, who did my head spa and haircut was incredibly gentle, attentive, and professional.👍👍 My son’s haircut, done by Adam (who has over 26 years of experience), was absolutely perfect — the cleanest and most stylish cut he’s ever had. I’m already planning to come back with my bff for the full head spa experience — it’ll be the perfect girls’ day! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-notch service, luxury, and true care in every detail.

I had a wonderful experience at my hair appointment with Noura! From the moment I arrived, Sarah greeted me warmly and offered a delicious drink and cookies — such a nice touch. Noura did a setting perm for me, and she was both professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my hair turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Adam also took the time to explain how to style and care for my newly permed hair, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish — I’ll definitely be back!

He really listens, pays attention to detail, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I absolutely loved the final result and left feeling so happy and confident. The service at CHADÂM Hair Lounge is unmatched. At arrival, the staff greets you warmly and provides hot or cold drinks and snacks during your appointment. The environment is classy and high end feeling and all the stylists are incredibly skilled. I have been visiting the salon since they opened and refuse to get my hair styled anywhere else. My hair and scalp have become noticeably shinier and healthier and they are able to show you same day before and after results via scalp analysis if you get the CO2 head spa treatment. For this visit, Kevin was my stylist and he was friendly, professional, and attentive towards the style I was wanting. My hair, especially my bangs, was at an awkward length and recent stressful life events left my hair frizzy and bland. After Kevin’s haircut and styling, my hair was shiny, frizz tamed, and had more volume! I can’t stop swishing my hair around because it’s so bouncy now!

I wanted to change up my boring, awkward hair length and decided to try a loose, voluminous perm. Kevin was super nice! He explained each step of the process and even taught me how to take care of my hair at home. I’d never thought about getting a root volumizing perm, but with his recommendation, I decided to give it a shot. This is completely new for me and I love it! It complements my face shape, adds volume, and completes the overall hairstyle perfectly. During the service, I enjoyed delicious coffee and watched Netflix in a private, cozy setting. It did take a while, but it was totally worth it. Highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful time with Rachel from the complimentary snacks and drink, shampoo and head massage, and to the digital perm treatment. I was very comfortable and even almost fell asleep during the rinsing process. I was even given a blanket, which is so nice since I get cold very easily. Rachel is very attentive and kept me well informed about the treatment process. She was helped by Adam, who also gave me recommendations on hair styling even mentioning that if we cut my hair shorter, it might make me look older. For my hair, I got exactly what I wanted. The C02 head spa was transcendent! My scalp care made my hair look and feel so much better and healthier. Amy was so kind and made every part of my hair feel loved. Cannot recommend enough will be back and bring your girlfriends too! I was treated with a beverage and cookie and felt pampered and relaxed! I went to the Carrollton location and I would go to either location!
