I would give zero stars if possible. I made an apt on the September 12th and Cayla no showed me. I drove over an hour to see her. She literally texted me not even 12 hours before to confirm id be there (she said her grandma had passed away 2 days prior - so she should have canceled my apt so I didn’t waste an hour to drive there) She rescheduled me the next day. She claims she’s a blonde specialist but did this to my hair. There’s a band so noticeable and so much splotchy/orange. She tells me I’m supposed to walk around like this for ten weeks (2 sessions). I bring it to her attention and she tells me she can fix it with a different toner (she knew I couldn’t make it back in before I left out of state). Then tells me to get a purple shampoo because that’s what she was going to use. So she’s telling me to spend more money to buy something that I should not have to do after spending SO MUCH money with her. Now I have to spend even more money to get this train wreck fixed. I cannot believe an owner of the salon would let me leave her salon like this. She never showed me the back of my hair so I wasn’t aware until my fiancé pointed it out. Charged me for a blow dry even though I still left with damp hair and never booked for it. All of it was almost a total of $400! It’s literal theft. Of that $400 she said she’d refund $77.50 and still have yet to see that after almost 2 weeks. Horrible horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Cayla is absolutely incredible! After moving from Florida, I struggled for months to find someone who could get my blonde right — and Cayla nailed it on the very first visit. My color is flawless, bright, and exactly how I love it. Her fusion extensions are next-level amazing too. They blend perfectly, feel super natural, and the quality is the best I’ve ever had. I finally found my stylist! Highly recommend Cayla if you want gorgeous blonde and beautiful extensions. 💛✨

Cayla is amazing ! Not only are her coloring, cut and styling skills top notch, she is the kindest soul you will ever meet. This was my first visit and it was so much better than other salons I've been to. I will be back and I highly recommend you make a visit to this salon.
