Rhonda Shoufler manicure pedicure. I tried 10-15 different people and places before finding Rhonda. She is efficient, kind, personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her and the Avanti Salon she works out of. I am older with less than perfect feet. Always feel better after seeing her. She helped me transform bad gel nails to natural nail. She uses top shelf products, but allows me to use my own nail polish. Highly recommend!!!

Beyond impressed with Cassandra. I’m down in the cape for a couple months and have really short hair. I was super nervous about going to somebody new but within a couple minutes sitting in Cassandra‘s chair I knew I had found a gem. Not only did she give me an amazing haircut. She’s super personable, fun and easy to talk to. I will recommend her to anyone and I will be back for sure. Thank you, Cassandra for your amazing work today!

That started at this salon. Retired. Still my bestie-Friend! But it has been a year and needed to do this. Found some amazing specials on line and Facebook, and tried Avanti. Again. Happy still Fran! I know the stylist through a friend, and she was genuinely sweet — so this isn’t personal toward her — but I ended up paying for her mistakes, and the whole experience left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I went in for what should’ve been a standard appointment — a cut, glaze, blow dry, and color — and walked out with a total bill of $398 before tip ($448 after). I’ve never paid that much to get my hair dyed and styled, and when I calmly asked about the pricing, the owner was rude and defensive, arguing with me about a 2% card fee being in " big bold black letters" instead of actually explaining the charges. In my defense, to make sure, I called in previously and had spoken with someone up front, i stated exactly everything I was going to get done minus the glaze because i’ve never gotten one before and there was no talk of adding glaze to the service until it was happening. To which the girl had stated we are pretty competitive with our prices and it would 195. After my complete shock at the price contacted my stylist immediately after in which she was also shocked and stated she priced me at 265… which is over 100 less then what they charged me. After some more back and fourth, my stylist ended up admitting she didn’t know the full prices of the dyes and treatments she used as she "was new to the salon" Here’s the "breakdown" she sent after finding out the prices: DDL treatment/all-over color correction – $128, root – $80, ends – $80, glaze – $45, haircut and style – $65. She said my service was considered a color correction — I understand what my service was as it wasn’t my first rodeo, i don’t understand the complete LACK of understanding and accountability that came from Avanti and their owner. When I spoke to the owner, her only excuse was, "Well, we’ve all had group meetings and have talked about it." She barely wanted to issue a refund at all. Between the unclear pricing, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude, I left feeling overcharged and dismissed. Before I get any response in this review I did get my 75 dollar refund which was completely deserved. You own a very nice salon with very sweet and talented stylist but you should get an attitude adjustment when speaking to your clients. I was not coming at you rude what so ever but instead, genuinely trying to understand what had happened and you didn’t help what so ever. I genuinely want to come back because I do love my hair, my stylist and would love to continue care but I would 100% rather return to box dye then step foot back into your salon.

Went in drab and came out fab! Did full highlights. Go see Cassandra! She is great. Was worried coming from NY with a great stylist that I would find anyone up to my Expectations, but she surpassed them.

I came for a cut and blowout today with Cassandra. I was very nervous because I have had my share of disappointments with hairstylists and I am new to the area. When she turned my chair facing the mirror, I actually gasped. Lol It was beautiful and I felt like a million bucks. I have never been so happy with my haircut and blowout. Cassandra is truly gifted and I am very grateful. The prices up north are not so high but I felt so happy and got so many compliments. Thank you for making me feel so good. I will be back.

I just visited Avanti Salon for the first time and will definitely be back. I'm really happy with the haircut and style by Cassie (Cassandra). She listened and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. I felt completely at ease having her cut my hair, it's obvious she really knows what she's doing. Thank you Cassie!
