J. Lee Salon Suites Cape Coral

I rented a suite at J.Lee Salon Suites for two years and consistently maintained a positive relationship with both the staff and other suite owners. During my time there, I was always professional, caused no issues, and never made a late rent payment. My decision to relocate my salon was entirely due to business reasons and not a reflection of my experience at J.Lee. Upon moving out, I was instructed only to remove the wallpaper from one wall and leave the existing paint as is. As expected, removing the wallpaper caused some paint to peel. I personally patched any small holes left from shelving, and the suite was otherwise left in the same condition it was when I moved in. I was informed that any necessary touch-ups by maintenance would be billed at $50 per hour, which I understood to mean light sanding and repainting of that one wall. About a week later, I followed up regarding my security deposit and was told that maintenance spent eleven hours repairing that single wall—resulting in a $550 charge, almost identical to the amount of my deposit. I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by this outcome, as I had always conducted myself professionally and respectfully during my time there. It’s disheartening to feel taken advantage of after being a reliable tenant for so long. For anyone considering leasing a suite at J.Lee, I recommend clarifying move-out expectations in writing and repainting any walls yourself before vacating to avoid unexpected maintenance charges.

This is my first time launching a business, Mālie Skin Spa, and J. Lee Salon Suites has been so supportive through the whole process! The space is stunning from walking through the front door, the amenities provided, the ability to customize each individual suite - everything has been seamless and working with the manager, owner, and supporting staff has been so wonderful, as their communication is outstanding. I could not recommend J Lee Salon Suites more!

I’ve been waiting to comment on this. However, every-time I have gone in to get my service done the front desk lady, Amanda? I believe that’s her name. She is never attentive, as she is walking around doing anything but assisting the front desk or helping costumers. She has given me a very rude attitude when asking for help. Recently I went in and I told her why I was there and assumed she would contact my service provider. However, 10 minutes later my provider walked out shocked to see me sitting there. She asked Amanda why she wasn’t notified of my presence, Amanda said she didn’t think she had to let her know since it’s her business. It’s just very unprofessional and sad to see this happening.
