Fantastic salon! It all started and ended at the front desk reception. I was greeted and made geeked as if I was a customer for decades. Shaina the salon manager asked me a brief survey as to what I was looking for and tge style of cut I was wanting. She then assigned me to the right cutting talent that would customize my style. The cut came out great! I reverted in age at every snip from my stylist sharp scissors. My drape came off and I was Superman once again, feeling like crypto night! The cut did not break the bank as I traded smiles going out with a wink of satisfaction! Bravo!

I don’t usually leave reviews but i just recently moved here three months ago and was looking for a salon and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here. I saw Luz today and Luz is an amazing hair dresser(im sure theyre all great) !!! Luz fixed my monstrosity of hair(i decided to dye my hair during quarantine and it came out botched) and Luz made it look amazing !! Also everyone in here is so sweet and the girl at the front desk is sweet as well. Highly recommend

My experience with Susan at Hair Fx was Above & Beyond all expectations-totally Awesome! Dealing with hair loss for the last couple years I first visited Susan’s salon last spring for a consult, cut and style. I was very pleased and went back recently to get more in depth info and advice. Susan took so much time with me as she explained the many reasons for hair loss and the many ways to treat it! I also decided to invest in a hair topper and I am Ecstatic!! Susan took so much time styling it and getting me comfortable with it while I wait for products and supplements and tweaks to my diet to bring back more hair growth! I am feeling so grateful for Susan’s wealth of information, her positive energy and attitude and her genuine concern for her clients! All the staff at Hair Fx are wonderful! I look forward to returning soon-& highly recommend it!!

I cannot say enough about the talented staff at Hair Fx. I have always been so happy with the professional care taken when I am there. Sue helped me thru a stressful time of hair loss with her knowledge and understanding. Having tried other salons I am very happy to find her. I am now in my 70's and have healthy hair. She cares and it shows. I would highly recommend this salon.

I spotted Jason whilst having a very good pedicure. His attention to detail and time he took with his client were evident to me. I have thin, naturally curly hair that requires the skill of a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair. Jason is that guy! He's so good I haven't been there in 1 year due to the pandemic and moving away but my hair still looks great! I hope to see him when back in the Cape for a trim. He's highly recommended!

I would advise against frequenting this salon. I walked in and asked if they had hair toppers. Receptionist said I'll get Susan. Susan, I think that was her name, plopped ne down in a chair and starting putting hair on my head. She spent approximately 10 mins with me as someone was waiting for her. I said I could come back but she said no. She showed mn a hair product that I said I wanted. Told her I would think about the hair purchase. Got up to pay for product and she said.. "Oh, and there is a $25.00 consult fee. This was NEVER mentioned nor was I looking for a consult. I paid it, bought the product and left. Should have just left. Totally unprofessional and unethical. If this practice is how she has to make her money the business must not be very authentically prosperous. My husband and I both own businesses and would NEVER stoop to these underhanded practices.
