There was a little mix-up with my appointment, but the team was very kind and quick to make it right. They apologized and refunded me, which I really appreciated. Great customer service 🙂

I use this spa specifically for waxing and facials and have been going here for 5+ years. Previously I went to Mary and Le who are sadly no longer there, but now I exclusively go to Vanessa. Originally from France, she brings her skincare and waxing techniques with her, and will recommend specific products for your age and skin type. The spa itself is quiet, clean, they provide a wide variety of waxing/massages/facials/hair/nail care, and it's good for groups or giving as engagement/wedding/post partum gifts. All the estheticians and massage therapists are fully licensed with years of experience, and the prices reflect that. I also like how in the private waiting area they provide water, snacks, teas, coffees, and robes for those doing bodywork. If you're staying at the hotel, you can also do walk ins for spa appointments, hair, and nails, but I would recommend making appointments for things that might take longer, as they occasionally have bridal parties that can fully book the space. I cannot comment on the haircuts/color because I've never used that part of the spa. They also sell a wide variety of skin and hair products from high end lines if you're looking to get someone a gift.

Got a last minute haircut with Fran and it was amazing. He stayed late to give me a cut and chatted with my best friend and I for a few hours over our haircuts. He was so friendly, great conversationalist, and we both look amazing!!! Highly recommend Fran and his expertise! The whole experience was fantastic very clean and professional and Fran gave me the look I wanted! Thank you! I know now where to come for a haircut when I’m in Boston next!

I had a series of 4 facials with Vanessa ahead of my wedding. Not only was this an extremely beneficial process (my skin has never looked better), but it was also an appointment I looked forward to every month. I cannot recommend her more! She has changed my skin and recommended the same products that she used so I can continue to see the results. Thank you Vanessa!

I had the most uncomfortable shampoo and dry with Christina. It was like she was annoyed having to do it. Didn’t crack a smile once and was completely rude. I was visiting from out of town and this was a really bad experience! For 75.00 you should be treated at least with a little respect. She does not enjoy her job!

Always leave relaxed and feeling great! It’s an amazing atmosphere and all workers from the front desk to the estheticians make the experience extra special! The facials and massages are out of this world. Got the therapeutic massage today with Katie, I must say best hour of my life! Thank you Corbu!
