Screwed up my hair style and heavily damaged the hair texture with perm : I had to go to another hair salone to revive but still struggling with damaged hair 😡

The haircut was lovely, and the shampoo felt refreshingly cool. I did notice a bit of water splashing during the wash, and the lady shampooing me seemed a touch brisk. Later, I also felt slightly pressured to add a head-spa service, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, I appreciated many aspects of the visit, but these small issues kept it from being perfect

Rude and unprofessional. The lady who cut my sister’s hair has no idea what she’s doing. I could’ve cut it better at home. What am I paying her $65 + tip for? Literally got robbed. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Edit: you can just tell by the response how rude they are. How would I have known the haircut would be this bad? I’m not psychic and can’t tell the future but yes moving forward, I would never step foot into your salon!

Their price is a big rip off. Never returning again. Their price is inconsistent depending on a day and time. Weird how they stay in business. Go across the street where it’s affordable

Hair stylist Hannah is the best hair stylist ever! She has 30years of her carrier as hair stylist and as I know, nobody can beat her haircut skill. I tried many hairstylists around the town including LA area, and nobody could give me a satisfactory style. Hannah has vey special touch and technique that she is only one who can give me so much satisfaction. All the staffs and other stylists are also very helpful.

I’ve been going here for 11 years and have never been disappointed. The owner has the most integrity I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to many salons prior. In 11 years she raised fraction without making any compromise in quality….now that’s amazing!

The bathroom here was dirty and smelled so bad it made me feel nauseous. I ordered Yukgaejang, but it tasted sour and not fresh, like it had been boiled over and over again.
