This hairdresser actually doesn’t know what she is doing AT ALL. All I wanted was a simple two block - basic geometry. But for some reason, even after she identified that she knew what a two block was, she just starts cutting… and cutting… and cutting. I end up in the chair for 40 minutes like she’s trying to cut out her mistakes. In the end, my hair looks like shit. I linked reference photos of what I wanted vs what I got. DO NOT GO HERE.

I came in just wanting a simple layered haircut and even showed a sample picture, but I ended up losing a lot of my hair — especially the balayage/ombre part that I really wanted to keep. The hairdresser didn’t even ask how I wanted my hair styled; she just went ahead and did what she wanted without any consultation. While curling my hair, her hand was way too heavy — she was pulling my hair with no regard, which made the whole process really uncomfortable. I left feeling frustrated and extremely disappointed. I don’t recommend this place based on my experience.
