Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go here. Salon 718 is way better. I received a bad haircut at this salon from Lily. It seemed fine when I left because she dried it into curls. When I got home the bangs were uneven and the layers were way too short leaving way less hair near my face. I was told to come back for them to fix it by Dimitri, who proceeded to tell me it was fine and a good haircut and to trust him because he’s done this for 30 years, all while pointing out very obvious issues with the cut and how it clearly differs from the reference picture I showed Lily. He decided to then ‘add texture’ by cutting into my fine hair underneath then brushing and BREAKING pieces of my hair out to which I asked him to stop. While giving me a bad blow dry, he then burned me with the Dyson. At the end when I pointed out issues that were still there he dismissed my concerns. The front desk person told me to "see how other people feel about my haircut" which is entirely NOT the point. It’s my hair, how I feel about it matters -not other people. I was told that the owner has decided not to offer me a refund back. After all that; to be told that a refund is not happening because I got two haircuts is an insult. If I had known a second haircut would forfeit my refund I never would have come, but wanted to give a more seasoned stylist a chance to fix my hair. This did not happen and I was not happy with the cut. I went to another salon and they agreed the layers were bad, fixed what they could and said I needed to grow it out. This is a bad experience top to bottom and no refund is not a resolution. I emailed them, explained the situation and have been stonewalled.

I was honestly skeptical walking into this salon. I’m super particular about my hair, and I rarely trust anyone with it. But from the moment I walked in, Victoria at the front desk was very sweet, encouraging, and just lovely. Everyone was so genuinely kind, it actually convinced me to go ahead with a haircut. Lily — she is pure magic. She transformed my hair into something I didn’t even believe was mine. The cut, the shape, the way it moves — it’s all my natural hair, but it’s never looked this good. The texture, the shine, the way it frames my face — I’m absolutely obsessed. For the first time in a long time, I looked at my reflection and was stunned in the best way possible. I couldn’t stop staring! I’ve never felt this confident about my hair, and that says a lot. I would recommend this place 110%. This is officially my salon from now on. I finally feel like I’ve found a place and people, I can trust with something so personal. Thank you Lilyyy ! 😘❤️

I love Venelle! Such a good atmosphere. I get my roots touched up regularly by Lily and she is so wonderful! Very calming and grounded presence and my hair always looks great. She does perfect loose waves and taught me how to do them easily with a round blow dryer at home. I’ll keep going back.

Joseph did a fantastic job with my haircut and gave me helpful suggestions when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Everyone at Venelle is so friendly and kind and I have a great experience every time I come back for another haircut, massage or facial!

Amazing experience! I needed a quick massage to ground myself after a rough work and personal week. Nicholas made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. He was nice, kind and experienced with the tension points. I highly recommend this spa to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and book a spa package. Sidebar I had extreme anxiety prior to coming here but I’m leaving the spa feeling grounded and at peace. Oh and the complimentary wine was everything!
