I came to self salon based off the good reviews and proximity to my home. Amazing service and so glad i decided to come to Self! Janneth took care of me and did a phenomenal job. not only did she do her job perfectly, but she’s the sweetest woman ever !! I got a double process bleach and coloring for a fair price. very attentive to me and great space that feels very welcoming and friendly!!! Elia was also helping and super sweet during the process! I’ll definitely be back for more! i included a before and after. They did perfect.

Janneth does an amazing job with haircuts! I’ve gone back to her about four times now, and she consistently delivers. I love how detail-oriented she is — never rushed, always gentle with my hair, and she gives me a perfect cut and blowout every single visit. The salon itself is super clean, spacious, and everyone who works there is really nice and friendly! I highly recommend it — it’s become my go-to spot. And definitely ask for Janneth — she’s a gem!

Janneth is fantastic, she made me feel so at home and took great care of me. can’t recommend this enough. got a luxury haircut, just a trim with a gorgeous blowout.

Went once before because my girlfriend treated me, I expressed the style of hair I had and explained that using a lower level of developer wouldn't get my hair to the desired shade of blonde I requested. She of course didn't listen, I had to use a darker shade of color just to cover the coppery color. I decided to give them another go after seeing their five star review. I called to see about making a walk in appointment today 02/22/2026, no stylist was in for that, and once I expressed my hair texture by phone the receptionist said she had to call to double check after just telling me it would be $110, when she rang me back the price went up to $120 hourly. And the stylist wasn't even going to be in until Wednesday. The confusion from that alone I think is unprofessional. And the stylist didn't want to come in because it was "snowing bad", mind you nothing is sticking and Umbrellas exist. Was hoping for better but this is a reminder that we cant trust all Google reviews.

I had a fabulous curly/wavy cut from Maria! My natural texture has been softer and more manageable. She also gave me a few tips for faster and easier styling which have been really helpful!

I had a great experience at Self Salon! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Filo did a great job on my haircut and was kind enough to give me styling tips and product recommendations for my hair type. I’ll definitely be going back here 🙂

I got my first blowout from Elia and it turned out amazing. I got so many compliments and several people at the party sitting behind me told me they were staring at my hair. Not sure if this is the attention you’d like 😅 but Elia did such an awesome job!
