Today I had my short haircut appointment with Tayo and the experience was excellent. The result is amazing and I’m very happy with the outcome. Tayo was very kind, asked lots of questions to understand exactly what I wanted, and also suggested her own ideas. She checked multiple times to make sure I was fully satisfied and even offered to adjust anything if needed. I truly felt taken care of. The final result is beautiful — 10/10!

I’ve been coming here since 2018, after trying several salons in the area, and this is the one that finally stuck. This review is looong overdue! I’ve done multiple services over the years, and my stylist Sachi truly perfected exactly what I was looking for. She’s consistent, talented and a pleasure to work with. I always leave feeling great. I’ve also worked with other stylists at the salon over the years and have genuinely had nothing but good experiences across the board. Everyone is friendly, professional, and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The vibe is relaxed, the music is always good, and it’s just an easy, pleasant place to spend a few hours. If you’re picky about your hair and want a salon that delivers consistently, this is it.

Brandon created the most gorgeous coppery shade, exactly what I was looking for! Even when the salon is busy, Brandon always takes the time to get the details right, and I’ve always left happy with my hair!

Brandon is THE best! He is such a great listener to my hair needs. He answers my questions, makes sure I get what I ask for and prioritizes my hair health. 5 stars.

I'm so grateful I ended up being taken care of by Tayo. She gave me my first haircut in my life respecting my wavy patterns. My hair feels so healthy and my layers are so beautifully blended. Because of this, it was the first time I walked out of a hair salon not asking for a blow out but for a diffusing! Looking forward to my next appointment with her!

I adore Christine and her work! She gives me the best haircuts - I typically get long layers and curtain bangs. She was the first stylist to recommend curtain bangs to me over a year ago and I’ve loved and stuck with them since. She’s knows exactly how to cut and style in a way that frames my face well.

I decided to go to Salon718 for my wedding hair since it was so close to the Ace Hotel, where we were getting ready. Briana, the booking coordinator, was super helpful getting me started and organized. I had no idea how complicated bridal hair could be! I worked with the stylist Nicole, and she made the whole process so easy. The trial was perfect, with my style being comfortable and holding well all day. Nicole and I decided to give me a few highlights about two months before the wedding to give me a little more dimension once we looked at my notes from how the trial hair held up. Nicole gave me highlights that felt like my hair hadn't been processed at all, and kept my bangs looking immaculate. I felt gorgeous, taken care of, and my bridesmaids looked stunning. I plan to keep coming to work with Nicole now as my primary stylist because I loved her work that much. The entire salon staff is so kind and attentive. Every client I observed in the salon walked out looking perfect and very happy. I highly recommend working with Salon718 for events and day-to-day styles.
