I am so beyond thrilled with Neil and he found himself a new loyal client. I have never had such a personalized and thoughtful haircutting experience. He asked so many good questions and basically gave me a whole hair architecture class, giving me so much insight into my hair texture and what kind of cut would actually achieve my hair goals and vision. So few stylists can do this ! He really explained to me things and gave me the language to understand what I wanted. 100/10

had my first dry cut and i’m hooked! Neil was very thoughtful and walked me through his approach based on my inspiration photos and hair texture. I have frizz prone, wavy hair with some postpartum hair loss, which can be challenging. Neil gave me a dream cut that is perfect for my low maintenance lifestyle and avoids the dreaded "triangle" for curly hair. it’s game changing to be able to see a realistic cut immediately instead of after a blowout.

I’m so so glad I found Neil and Hair Party! This was my first haircut postpartum and Neil made sure I looked like myself, but better. He listened to exactly what I wanted, talked me through his process and I left feeling like a bombshell. Highly recommend Neil!!! He really takes the time and energy to understand what you want and make sure you're happy, which is honestly. He even followed up a week later to see how I liked it after living with it for a week. I'm extremely picky about haircuts and he really delivered. Cannot recommend him enough

I can’t say enough how much I love Neil. I’ve been coming to him for years and for good reason. He truly cares about my hair and takes the time to learn how I style my hair, how I wear It etc. hands down best haircut (haircuts) I’ve ever had. Neil truly makes you feel at home when you’re in his chair. He also checks up on you about a week later just to make sure you’re happy. He’s the absolute best!!

Neil Grupp is the only person I let cut my hair! Since 2019, I have been a loyal customer and will continue to shout from the rooftops that he gives the absolute best haircuts! I am not kidding when I say he is the only person I will ever let cut my hair from now on. He is an absolute master! Beyond being an incredible artist, he also is an amazing kind, genuine, and ambitious person. He closely listens to you and makes sure that he is delivering what you want and checks in with you every snip of the way. Before meeting and finding Neil, getting my hair cut was always an anxiety inducing experience. I have very long blonde hair with wavy texture and all previous hairdressers wouldn’t listen to me when I said I don’t want layers or I don’t want it too short… and previous hairdressers would not listen to these requests. Inevitably, I’d leave a salon with layered hair that was shorter than I wanted, wishing I could find someone who’d really listen to me. Then I found Neil! Thanks to Neil, I never have to worry about that. Every haircut is the best haircut, totally aligned with my goals, and an amazing experience throughout. Also thanks to Neil, I had the hair of my dreams for my wedding in 2021! I live in Aspen, Co now and fly to NYC multiple times a year just to get my regular haircut with him and it is absolutely worth it! It might sound crazy but having absolute trust and communication is key. You wear your hair everyday. I cannot recommend him enough! Neil is a rare artist and human, helping me feel truly heard, at my most confident, and rocking my best head of hair! ❤️
