From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at home. Every single person I met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. My hair was a total mess, and Lisa worked pure magic—she transformed it beautifully. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with the result. Thank you, Lisa, and the entire staff! I always love my time at Hair & Co Bay Ridge. I always walk away with a great cut and feeling energized from being surrounded by a wonderful group of people. That means just as much to me as the quality of the services. Highly recommend.

Only my second time seeing Berenice (after a 6 month gap) and she not only remembered me and my "usual" cut, but was just as friendly and lovely to chat with as before <3

I've bounced around to different salons, but I've finally found my home at Hair & Co in Bay Ridge. Cathy is such a talented and knowledgeable stylist. I often say, "you're in charge" and am always amazed at how beautiful my hair comes out after my visit with her. I feel very taken care of by the team surrounding Cathy- from the welcoming and kind Jimmy to the thoughtful support team, including Jolie. I highly recommend this salon!

Made an appointment with the stylist, Brianna, twice to get canceled on last minute each time. I had wasted my money and bought the extensions she preferred for me to purchase just to never have them put in. The first time I got canceled on it was about a day before my appointment, I have a tight schedule due to being a working college student so this created a huge inconvenience for me but I was understanding and rescheduled. The 2nd time I rebooked I got canceled on the day of my appointment only a couple of hours before (keep in mind I have a long commute to the salon and I was informed when I was already on my way there.) The whole process and line of communication was extremely unprofessional. She never checked back in or tried to rebook or solve the inconvenience. I definitely don’t recommend this salon if you have a tight schedule, but if you’re willing to get canceled on, ghosted, and your time to be meddled with by all means book ahead.

Annalisa was amazing. She is so kind and friendly, most importantly very professional. I was so scared of a style type. She showed a demo and I like it. My hair looks so good. I look cute. I am happy with the service.
