I had a great experience here. Elliot cut my hair exactly how I requested. He also showed me a styling technique to blow dry my hair that I hadn't seen before to give my waves more definition but still look and feel natural. I'm really happy with how it turned out. Parking was easy, the salon was clean and bright, and front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

I will absolutely be coming back! I got a haircut and complimentary treatment done by Helen and she was amazing. She was very thoughtful and precise while cutting my bangs which I very much appreciated!

Love Geraldine & love it here. I just went to my 4th haircut appointment today - I feel so welcomed and well taken care of by the entire staff. Geraldine styled my hair natural (2A - wavy / loose curl hair) better than I have in my entire life lol. She does what’s best for my hair type and length in terms of texturing & layering which really speaks volumes to her expertise as a stylist. She’s super thoughtful, funny and trustworthy. I always leave in 10x a better mood (and better hair). Geraldine also was commended in my most recent appointment by another client for a spot-on color matching - when I start to go gray, I’ll definitely going to her!! I’m so thankful to have found a spot like HC Studio and a stylist like Geraldine. All around great experience and what I believe is fair pricing for Boston.

Shannon is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for the past two years during residency for both cut and balayage. She is the kindest and always helps my hair feel refreshed and gorgeous by the time I leave! I also love the education she gave me about my hair and recommended home care. I’m so sad to be moving out of Boston and find a new Shannon because she can’t be replaced!!

I saw Sam for the first time last week for a trim during my grow-out phase. I have very thick, wavy hair and Sam did a FANTASTIC job—listened to what I wanted, gave me product recommendations, and was kind and personable. Beyond that, the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. It really feels like a community there and I’m so happy to have found my new salon!
