I took a lot of time to think about doing a review and if I want to ever go back to Neroli after my most previous experience. I have gotten a blonde balayage from Neroli and for the most part I liked my hair. My most recent visit was absolutely terrible. The first two pictures are from my Brookfield experience. We agreed on my hair being a bit darker but then still blonde but it looked like my hair was dark with some hint of blonde highlights. The person doing my hair told me she was doing a harsher product under so it wouldn’t have to process as long. She also seemed like she was rushing the whole appointment. Well after my appointment my hair underneath literally would come out in small clumps that I was not able to brush out and completely felt knotted. After so many clumps came out I decided to take a picture and call. They set an appointment with Chase at the downtown location. She definitely made it look closer to what I wanted with keeping my hair in tact. She also commented that it somewhat looked like the Brookfield girl gave a reverse balayage. I originally paid for a full balayage and in turn to fix my hair they gave me a half balayage and on top of that I tipped the girl that fixed my hair of course costing me more time and money. I feel completely ripped off and decided I don’t agree with how this company handles things. I will not return and I truly don’t think that they value complaints at all. I can spend my money at a better salon. I would not recommend getting your hair colored through Neroli.

I appreciate the reply and will be in touch to schedule my next appointment. Thank you! I received a gift certificate which brought me to Neroli and started seeing Audrey this past year. I've seen her twice and after the second visit I rescheduled another follow up for 10 weeks later. I really like her style and service, and felt we connected well. This is new to me, as previously I went to Vici Salon where I never had a "regular" stylist, so I was hoping to establish myself with someone. Yesterday, when I came in for my third visit/follow up, Audrey was not there and I learned the scheduler on the last visit just scheduled me with someone else. Not sure why she would do that, and while the stylist Carmen was kind and also talented, I was disappointed with whoever it was that made the scheduling mistake. Carmen did offer to reschedule my appointment, but I deliberately made it on this date just before my anniversary on New Years Eve, so changing it was not an option. When I checked out at the front desk however, no one asked whether I wanted to return or acknowledged the mistake made. I feel like my business is not valued. I would give Audrey and Carmen 5 stars, but the overall lack of attention to detail needs improving -- especially for a hair cut that costs $85! Sorry 🙁

I recently visited this salon and spa for a 35-minute massage and arrived early with the intention of enjoying the relaxation experience beforehand. Unfortunately, that experience fell short of expectations. While in the locker room, there was a group of five women who were extremely loud and disruptive. I made several attempts to move away and access my locker quietly, but the environment was anything but relaxing. I was later informed that I would be escorted to the relaxation room; however, I declined because the same group was present there as well. Given how disruptive they were in the locker room, it did not feel like a calm or restorative space. Because of this, I ended up waiting in the locker room until my appointment time, despite arriving early specifically to enjoy the pre-massage relaxation period. A manager did approach me while I was waiting and mentioned that a discount would be applied, but I do not believe that was ultimately reflected. I want to note that Liz, my massage therapist, was wonderful and provided excellent service. This review is not a reflection of her work. While I understand that the salon is not responsible for the behavior of other guests, having only one shared relaxation space does create an issue—especially when large parties are present. A designated relaxation area for groups or parties would greatly improve the experience for guests seeking quiet and solitude. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning. It was disappointing, as I had high expectations for a peaceful and relaxing visit.

Neroli is my go-to spa for haircare, eyebrow care, and massage. Steven was my masseuse back when he had just started and he is truly wonderful. He knows just how much pressure to use and where, takes seriously any considerations, and is just so kind and sweet, a real personality like sunshine. Bridget is a whiz with eyebrows and knows how to trim and shape to fit the face. She also is sweet, cheerful, and a lovely personality. If you're having a bad day, the people at Neroli will leave you smiling and in good spirits. Thank you!

I haven’t been to Neroli’s for some time and decided to make an appointment again . I reserved time for a deep tissue massage with Steven. I’ve had deep tissue massages at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and at the Marriott Marquee in NYC, they were good , but Steven is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He understands the pressure points that need attention . My back and shoulders feel great for weeks after my appointment. He’s great. The whole staff at the Brookfield location is terrific. Would highly recommend.

I had a cut and highlight appointment booked for October 13th the week that Neroli was running a double Neroli points offer. It has been 3 weeks and still missing the additional points. I have called several times and finally told an update to the system would fix the issue. It did not. I also emailed Neroli with the attached promotional email and no response. I have been a client for almost 10 years. The cost of services keeps going up but the customer service is going down. Why present an offer and not honor it?
