I highly recommend going to Sydney at Roots Salon! She was able to completely fix my hair that was destroyed from a different stylist. Sydney has been able to get it back to normal after only 2 appointments. She is very transparent and truly does listen to what you want. She will give you reassurance throughout your entire appointment, and always make sure you are liking everything you are getting. The first two pictures are what I came to her with, and the last picture was what she has been able to do after only 2 appointments.

Faye made my hair. After a consultation on the week of June 23rd she said she could do my hair. I asked for full fantasy colors and a fairy mullet. She said she could do it. She let my hair fry for almost 3 hours with the bleach, put me under the heat lamp, dye my hair and then cut it… and my hair got all messed up. What got messed up you might ask? The placement of the colors, my hair texture (I have gotten my hair bleached before and never got it sooooo burnt like this) the haircut was NOT a fairy mullet. At the end she kept asking me if she could do anything to fix it which I appreciate but there was nothing to be done. After this I called and I wanted to speak w a manager or owner and they said I needed to figure it out with the stylist first. I was offered a k18, 2 after fix my bangs and 2 weeks after "fix" my hair cut. I went for the k18 mask and I cancelled the other 2 appointments because I don’t trust them w my hair. After the initial day, I spent $150 in products (olaplex) to built up my hair because it was so burnt. I asked Maddy to give me the contact information for the owners and she did. I have emailed the owners 3 times and got nothing. Just called them and Lauren said they "don’t know what they I want them to do" because from the $328 I paid they refunded me $39 and out of the salon’s kindness they reduced the final cost because I was there for more than 4 HOURS! Yes! From 10:45 until 6:00pm. I got hair cut in different lengths on my face frame pieces. I got my hair burnt. The color placement is not ok neither. They don’t have any empathy or accountability when they stylist mess up your hair. They defend themselves saying "you signed a consent". Don’t sign anything for them. Honestly, worse customer service and experience ever. Do not go here. The inspo picture is there.

I only trust my hair to Lisa Fieber! She had been my awesome and best stylist for 25 years! I love our appointments. She is always ready with a smile to take care of all my hair needs🥰. Simply the BEST! Thank you Lisa ❤️

I recently visited this salon after calling ahead and booking an appointment. I was told that a senior hairdresser would be doing my haircut. However, when I arrived, a young girl named Jimmy attended to me instead. I clearly showed her a picture and explained several times how I wanted my hair cut, but the result was completely different from what I asked for. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. When I pointed this out, she simply said, "I’m so sorry about that," without offering any solution or compensation. They charged $70 for ruining my hair. It too expensive with worst service. I’m very disappointed with the experience — both the lack of professionalism and the misleading information about having a senior stylist. I would not recommend this salon based on my visit.

Catherine is truly the best, and I don't say that lightly. I've been lucky enough to be in her hands for about 10 years now. She's saved me time and time again from horrible ideas and my own DIY trends gone bad. Her knowledge of the hair, whole body, products, remedies, etc is absolutely priceless. I always look forward to my appointments with her. The conversation is always fun, and her tips and tricks are genius! I won't go anywhere else!

Just took myself in my nephew in for a simple haircut what an absolute nightmare cut looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I gave us a reference. Same thing goes for my nephew‘s haircut she might as well put a bowl over his head and cut around it if it weren’t for the owner, Lisa going out of her way and coming to try and fix The mess that was made! And still pay full charge for absolutely unsatisfactory service. I just want to cry and because it was outrageously expensive for the level of quality I can’t even afford to go somewhere to have it fixed not only will. I absolutely never go back to this place myself, but I will literally tell every person I possibly not to what a horrible awful experience.

Go to Toni! She is a new stylist and has a great perception for color theory. She’s an expert in stylish cuts. The photos are from two separate visits not before and afters.
