Today I paid $195 for a sew-in with leave-out, and the result is unacceptable. The tracks are clearly visible, my hair was braided painfully tight, and the work was poorly done. If you are not capable of doing a service properly, you should not offer it at all. I am extremely dissatisfied.

This was definitely not what I asked for. The Pinterest photo highlights what I asked for. I am highly disappointed. It was clear that the service was done completely wrong and nothing was done to remedy the situation.

I wanted to give the place a good rating but I cant give it higher than a 3 due to my experience. TL;DR: I don't know what is going on the with the hairstylist whose name I remember to be Neilsa, but she was 40 minutes late to our appointment that I had scheduled 3 days prior, and when she DID finally come in, she started doing another person's hair! She didn't even look at me when she came in. Terrible experience, I was so embarrassed at having literally been FORGOTTEN about. I had scheduled an appointment at the front desk about 2-4 days prior to the actual appointment. So basically I scheduled early, I was NOT a walk-in. The appointment was scheduled for 9AM on the dot. Tell me why my butt was sitting in that waiting section till 9:45, and she STILL wasn't there? The other staff finally realized that I was still waiting and that it didn't look good, so they had a different stylist approach me and say that she would be doing my hair in place of Neilsa. The only redeeming part of this whole hair salon experience was that the new hairstylist was very swift at getting my hair done. She didn't chatter or stall like they do at other hair salons. And the hairstyle ended up looking very nice, although it didn't last even a week while I was on my cruise vacation. But that's obviously not the hairstylists fault. Either way, a very lukewarm expirience.

PSA it seems like they’re relaxing women’s hair without their permission and still are!! please be aware when coming in to get a wash and blow dry depending on what stylist you go to (i went to Antonia) you can walk out with significant damage if you like to wear your hair natural. i left here with a beautiful blow out but when i washed my hair my curls were gone- i ended up getting a pixie cut because i hated my curl pattern after the blow out (i waited 6 months for my hair to revert back and nothing) and after years my hair has finally grown back to chest length. i do my own blow outs now the same exact way blow dryer and brush and have never experienced this type of damage. here are photos of my hair before and after my blow out. shame on this place, from scrolling in the reviews it looks like it’s still happening. i went here on 10/30/2021. photo on the right is my hair BEFORE the blow out. this salon needs to be sued or reported.

I am going to leave this here for all to read. I am not a client of this hair salon but their employees do hack into your amazon account and order things to be sent to the salon. I have called amazon and the manager and I also contacted to local police department so this will be handled accordingly. Just wanted to make sure people where aware of this. I also live 1,300 miles away and have never been to this salon and was told that the employee is new to the country so she has no idea what she is doing. Please don't use your card at this location ever if you value your money

Lu is amazing I have 3c hair I can't believe how bone straight she got my hair. This hair style lasted almost 2 months

I'll get straight to it... they relaxed my hair without my permission and I'm beyond pissed. I was 100% natural for 14 years until I visited this place on May 10th. Since then my hair has not been the same, I may just have to cut it all off and start over again. Please be careful ladies, if you're sitting at the wash bowl for too long chances are they are relaxing your hair. Smh. Almost 3 months later and my hair has yet to revert to my original springy curls. It's really a shame.
