I went to this place for a wash and set after a Google search. I called to make an appointment and asked for the price and was told they have to see my hair first before they can quote me (RED FLAG)!! I still went and was seen right on time. Place looks pretty clean, and the lady who washed my hair did a good job massaging my scalp. One thing I didn’t like is how hot the blow drier and hot combs were. I’m sure I have heat damage now. The reason for the 1 star is that they charged me $120!!! I have NEVER paid so much for just a wash and set. That's highway robbery. I think it was done on purpose because they knew I couldn’t refuse paying after receiving the service. Super shady and deceiving! I was honestly thinking about going back for more service but NEVER again!! I wouldn’t recommend a place that does business like this. Unless you want to pay a leg and an arm for just a wash and set, stay away from this place!! Or demand that they give you a quote before touching your hair! Don’t make the same mistake I did. Update: my hair reverted back the very next day. I left the salon with my hair wrapped and only removed the wrap the next morning to attend an event at 7am and my hair was already reverting back so I paid $120 for a mediocre service. STAY AWAY from this place if you are looking for professional that actually know what they are doing. They will overcharge you for a mediocre job!

Arrived early to my appointment, however she made effort on starting me early. I had little to no confidence about my hair but the results were amazing. Place was clean, quite which is unusual for a salon, she deeply washed my scalp, and didn't use loads and loads of hair product. Love it

Best salon around. I’ve had to adapt working with many different hairstylist. I can truly say I found my perfect professional with Michelle Donne at Ines. As a professional I take care to look my best and Michelle makes it happen. I trust her and always receive compliments on how I look. Thank you!

I was seen about 8 min after i entered the salon for a washing. It was awhile since i have been to the salon but the lady who washed me was good. Ines after the blow-out then curled my hair. She listened to what i wanted and i loved my results.

Called to make and appointment and the were able to take me right away. I was very satisfied with the service. The lady took her time doing my hair and came out just how I wanted it. She even gave me advice on my hair.

The best of best!!! Can't go wrong. All the hair dresser here are good but Ines (the Owner) is excellent, friendly, kind and most of all professional to all her clients. I been her client since 2003. I love her job and most of all I love her. Go check it out
