If you are looking for an ethnic salon/barber shop, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO #1…We have been to Cape Verdean barber shops from Boston, Brockton, to Taunton and everywhere in between (all of them), and you will receive the ABSOLUTE best service here! Extremely competitive prices, high quality cut, little-to-no wait time (we were a walk-in on a Wednesday afternoon and were serviced with no wait). Mario and his staff are all so kind, respectful, and professional. The young woman who did his braids was detail-oriented (as well as the barber who did his line up), they both did an amazing job!! My son’s hair looks perfect! We would have never known about this salon because of its location, but I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CHECK THEM OUT!!! My brother-in-law recommended them for braids (my nephew comes here) and they took my son immediately. Don’t go anywhere else…Sodades Barber Shop down the street has long wait times and they are expensive, you may wait hours for an appointment, you won’t deal with that here!!! I cannot say enough great things about this barbershop/salon. Whether you are looking for braids, cut, or lineup, THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! Mario is so respectful and polite, we will never go anywhere else. Returning tomorrow for my eldest son’s haircut!! Thank you Mario ❤️

This place has legit the best hair braiders in the back I have ever seen and solid prices. Wash blow dry and braid for that price and talent hidden gem!!

Cut my bf’s locs in half, didnt say anything about it. The whole perimiter of his head looks like this. One loc came off completely as it had literally one strand of hair connecting it to his head due to the cut. He also said the guy didn't even tie back his hair when cutting it, and that his hairline was pushed super far back. When he went in it was about 10:30am, he said everyone in the shop was sitting and chilling (no problem) but really gives no excuse for this barber providing such sub-par service.

So far so good. It's hard to find a good barber shop and this is it. The shop has good hours and the barbers take their time and really focus on the cut. Friendly atmosphere. Some of the workers aren't too good at speaking english but if you bring a picture and exercise patience you'll be fine. They do know the lingo. They also do braids dreadlocks and twists.

My number one barber shop in Brockton they are so friendly, funny and amazing stuff members, and always welcome clients with their smile on their faces. My hair and my kids hair always beautiful and on top. God bless all of you. I'm definitely recommend my friends to go there Mario I'm giving you a 💯 .

This is my 2 time coming here. The guy that cut my son hair is so unprofessional. He doesn’t finish the cut well, hairline not done properly. This man is too busy on his stupid cell phone and tv instead of paying attention to the child’s hair his cutting. Such lack of interest in the customer, must be a cultural thing.
