CJ has always been the best. I’ve known him for many years.from New York to Boston. This time, I even drove all the way from Rhode Island just to see him. He is incredibly attentive and his skills are truly top-notch. He always makes me feel satisfied, and it’s honestly hard for me to find another hairstylist I like as much as him. If you’re looking for the right person, CJ is the one.

I had such a great experience at this hair salon! TJ was amazing — super detail-oriented and made sure everything looked perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a really good salon!

TJHair Salon is a hidden gem for Asian Haircuts and Hairstyles. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and were able to answer any requests or hairstyles and even recommend some for the face shape of the customer. One downside is most of them will only speak Mandarin/Cantonese, with little to no English speakers at the place. Prices are also on the expensive side for a haircut, but typical for an Asian salon.

Loved the color! Stylist was very gentle, not pulling my hair at all. They communicate thorough before picking the right color for you. Highly recommended.

Would NOT recommend this place at all. BE AWARE! I've been communicating with the barber for over a month before I went on what I want, which is a slicked back, but guess what, ended up with a phuking bird nest. Ruined my front line and simply shaved the side, with a standard protocol of perming. $200 gone. All communications seemed to be useless as they would do what they want once they had an idea regardless of your requests

CJ was so thoughtful and considered in his approach, had a great haircut done by him where he talked me through all aspects and tried to understand all my concerns before cutting my hair. A fantastic experience.

CJ did my highlights! he was super attentive to detail and meticulously bleached them so the highlights would blend in naturally, you can tell he knows what he’s doing. My hair was previously damaged from box dye and bleach, but he managed to achieve the look I was going for while maintaining the health of my hair. The staff are accommodating and the prices are reasonable, would definitely come back!
