I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at M Salon! From the moment you walk in, you are blown away by how beautiful, upscale, and welcoming the space is. Michelle is truly incredible. I had K-tip hair extensions installed along with a color change, and I am beyond happy with my results. The extensions are flawless, blend perfectly, and feel so natural and my color turned out even better than I imagined. Michelle’s attention to detail, skill, and passion for her work really show. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and exceeded every expectation. The entire team at the salon is amazing, very professional, friendly, and so talented. The energy in the salon is positive and relaxing, and you truly feel taken care of from start to finish. I love this place, Michelle is an amazing hairdresser and business owner. The place is always very peaceful and welcoming. I got my hair done a few times and I’m always happy with the final results. I went to go see Michelle a few weeks ago with a bit of a hair emergency. I was left too blonde and unblended by a stylist I had been going to for years. It’s always super stressful trying out a new salon but I’m so glad I went to Michelle - she literally saved me. I booked for the incorrect service (a lesson to call ahead and ask) but she was still so accommodating and was able to juggle another client while I was processing since my service was taking longer than I had booked for. I was fairly nervous going in with a new stylist but Michelle made me feel comfortable and I could tell she knew what she was doing. When I didn’t know how to explain what I was wanting she gave her suggestions which felt like she had read my mind. She even gave me a cute layered haircut, which arguably feels like the best haircut I’ve gotten. I have relatively fine hair and she did a great job with not taking too much off so my hair still feels full. I wished we had taken real before and after photos because it was truly so good. 10/10 will be going back.

I am in absolute disbelief of how amazing Michelle did my hair. I wanted the yellow/orange tone gone and some extensions, all I can say is I have never felt more beautiful with this color and length. Thank you for the amazing work you do, you can tell she enjoys the transformation from all the effort she puts it. Great salon!

I moved to Boston about 6 months ago and was searching for a hair extension specialist in Boston when I found Micayla at M Salon. From the start, she was so laid back, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. My hair was badly damaged from bleaching overseas, and we decided on keratin bond hair extensions to help mend it. they look natural and my hair feels healthy again. I don’t think I’ll ever stop wearing extensions! So glad I found Micayla 🙂

Sonia was amazing!!! Went in to see if my bleach damage of a year could be saved and we decided it’d be best to cut the damage off and it ended up genuinely being the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. She’s truly an expert at her craft and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new hair
