As soon as I walked in, the staff were very attentive and immediately started with my hair even though I showed up early. I had a hair wash, cut, dry, and style, which I really liked for a great price. I will definitely be coming again.

I asked for a new hair color and was given the same color that I had previously. No noticeable differences in my hair except for roots. Spent $180. They offered to fix it and then told me AFTER they added a second layer of color that it couldn't be done. Hair stylist convinced me that after a few weeks, the color would wash out to the shade that I wanted and after 6 weeks it was the same. Also left my hair incredibly dry and way more damaged than before. The service offered the results of a root touch up for over double the price- it is usually only $80 for a root touch up. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and I’m now in my 30s, still going to Candy for a haircut. The haircut’s always great but shampoo-ing is always my favorite part. Idk how they train their staff but I melt every time they start massaging my scalp. Will be coming for here for many more years

Jojo is the best! She has been doing my hair cut and coloring for many years and she always makes me look so pretty every time. Never disappointed! I made a last minute appointment with her to do my daughter’s hair trim and highlight 2 days before her wedding. My daughter came to the salon directly from Logan airport. Jojo listened to her and quickly started to fix her previously messed-up highlight. My daughter told me later that Jojo was so professional and efficient. Her hands moved up and down like butterflies and she paid so much attention to the details. The result was so stunning and my daughter said that "next time I have to get my hair colored I am coming back to Boston". And my daughter looked so beautiful on her wedding day! Thank you Jojo!

My second time hair dyed here,none of them satisfied me. First time it was too grey, although it was even. The second time it’s awful , see the picture. The hair dresser does not have good sense of picking the right color for client . Don’t think I will come back again.

Candy did a great job on my hair! She touched up my roots and fixed the discoloration throughout the rest of my previously dyed hair. She was quick, thorough and very professional and worked with exactly what I was looking for! I would highly recommend to any clients with virgin hair or veterans to the hair dyeing process alike! I can’t wait to book another appointment with her!
