Great hairstylists. Kong and her husband have been working this shop for over 30 years! They’re fast, no frills, professional barbershop at great prices. There’s a ton of cool lil aquariums inside too.

I am very happy with my haircut! The lady here helped trim and layer my long hair, I also got subtle bangs. She was quite experienced and to the point, knowing how to work with my unique hair texture. I got a great result in little time and incredibly low price. This was a walk-in appointment.

This was an extremely bad haircut and an even worse overall experience. The barber was very impatient and spoke to me rudely, showing zero professionalism or concern for customer satisfaction. What was most disturbing was the clear bias in how customers were treated. He was respectful and polite only toward Chinese customers, while being rude and dismissive toward others. I personally witnessed him using inappropriate words about another customer while speaking in Chinese to his wife, which was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. On Christmas Day, when customers politely asked for small adjustments to their haircuts, he reacted aggressively and even kicked customers out instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally. This salon does not reflect the standards of professionalism and equality expected in the United States. I strongly believe this place should be reviewed by U.S. authorities to ensure it meets basic customer service and business conduct standards. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

After a wait of about a half hour, I received a very nice haircut. Both husband and wife team are seasoned pros and are very skilled in long and short haircuts. Update: Prices have gone up since my last visit 2-3 months ago.

Quick service, good quality, good price. They speak English. Good place for a haircut after a flight.

Everytime im in Boston I come here, while the place is very hidden and down a flight of stairs from street level, I always have a great experience here. Everyone mostly speaks Chinese here so I’m usually the only one waiting that has no clue what’s being said but the man and the woman who cut hair are so nice! They do a great job and are very welcoming. $16 for a men’s haircut, they take there time and they do speak English too! Great place for a cut. Highly recommend

Do not go here. The barber, especially the older man with eyeglasses, is extremely rude and seems to prefer dealing only with cantonese-speaking customers. I visited around 6:20 pm and he aggressively told me to leave because they were about to close. However, right after that, I saw him welcome another person who entered the shop after me. If you treat customers differently based on their appearance or language, you shouldn’t be running a business in this country.
