After having a similar hairstyle for a long time, I wanted to try something completely new that involved some complicated processes my previous stylist didn’t have experience with. I found The Ritz online and gave it a shot. Despite being a complete novice to what I was waking into, Deb was incredibly patient with my questions and explained every step of the process. She clearly brought a wide variety of experience and used that to help me look my best. My new hairstyle looks better than I had imagined, and is beloved by friends, coworkers, and family alike. I’ve returned already and would encourage anyone looking for a guide on a new hair journey to check out The Ritz!

Excellent customer service. From my experience, I got the sense that they are in it for the customer as opposed to being in it doe the money as they offered me a refund—something that was unheard of from a barbershop in my experience. Would recommend.

With this being my first actual barber other than Sport Clips, I can say I’ll be coming back. The precision of the haircut I received by David was immaculate & the attention to detail was great! The shop setting is ‘pretty chill’. 5 stars all the way!

I would first like to start this review off by prefacing that I am 21 years old and have had my haircut done by my mother my entire life. Sometimes life throws you a curveball, and in this case it was a nasty 12/6 breaking ball down right at my ankles… my hair was ridiculously long and I needed a haircut desperately. Unfortunately I am from Grand Rapids, MI but attend school in the heart of Bloomington, IN - driving home to KBIs salon wasn’t an option. As a last ditch effort I rummaged around the internet in desperate search for a barber that had perfected the modern mullet. I stumbled upon The Ritz, but more importantly was met by Brandon’s bio. "I live for a good mullet." I was sold. I booked an appointment 2 days in advance. The anticipation was unmatched. The day came and I walked in ready for my haircut Little did I know my life would change that day. My boy Brandon was straight business. He greeted me with a warm smile, we shared a few words, I showed him a reference photo, he gave me the nod, and went to town. The haircut took no more than 15 minutes. He started doing things with scissors I didn’t think was humanly possible. The finesse was top notch. Brandon, if you see this… thank you! 9.8/10

Trevor is AWESOME. He did amazing work to my hair and cannot be more thankful for his patience and great personality. I love his shope and the setup he has. This guy knows what he's doing. Highly recommend stopping by!

This is a a great place for a haircut. The whole staff is great but I was try to schedule an appointment with Trevor, the owner. Very talented, I have family members who said Trevor gave them the best haircut of their lives. Prices are very fair for the quality of the service.

I needed a haircut. I am out of towner. Made an appointment with Deb. She was The Best! Listened to what I wanted and gave me GREAT CUT! Highly Recommend
