I made an appointment with Katie a week in advance & she never showed up. Another lady who works at the salon tried calling & texting her & she wasn’t picking up & she never reached out to me apologizing . Not sure why she reaches out to people to gain clientele if she’s just going to flake . So unprofessional & I personally wouldn’t want someone like that renting a chair in my salon. It’s just bad business

I have been traveling from Westfield to Bloomington to see Heidi for over 10 years. She’s the absolute best! She’s always educating me on the best care and treatment of my hair. Heidi is also amazing with my two children on the autism spectrum. My kids have struggled for years with haircuts. No more! Heidi has the patience of a saint taking time to talk my kids through what’s happening and waiting for them to be ready for the next step. Love her and would recommend her to anyone.

Heidi Hirst has been my stylist for years. I drive from Indy to see her because I simply cannot find comparable experience and style anywhere. Friends and strangers compliment my hair frequently and I consider Heidi to be my overall style professional. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Amy is an amazing hairstylist. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She has done more professional everyday styles on me as well as crazy hair for my inner child. No matter what you are looking for Amy is your girl. I would recommend her to anyone because she really can do it all.

I enjoyed getting my hair cut and colored by Jessica! I'm happy she has a new space. She was laid back but professional, and she listened to my concerns because I have tricky hair. Loved seeing her, hope to do it again soon! 🙂

Heidi is so unprofessional. She is rude. I took a friend to her salon and she referred to my friend to my friend as having nappy hair and she does do nappy hair. I was mortified and embarrassed. Will never take anyone to her ever again or refer.

Taylor McAfee id the BEST! She cuts my hair exactly how I want. I live in Indy, and drive to Bloomtington to have Taylor cut my hair
