This location is consistently good. The team is welcoming, the place is clean, and the haircuts are always solid. I like that they keep notes so I don’t have to explain everything every time. Reliable and convenient.

Worst place to get haircut. Paid $25 for a haircut and she cut my hair in 2 minutes and wasn't satisfied. My hair looked so uneven instead I should have cut my own hair. I would have done a better job for sure

I’ve been getting my hair cut at Great Clips (20 Midtown) for the past two years. Akela at this location is really great. She is professional, patient, and very friendly. She really listens to what I want and always does an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Great Clips is the fast food of haircuts — quick, affordable, and usually exactly what you asked for (or close enough that you can fix it with product). You walk in, check in on the app like you’re boarding a flight to "Slightly Shorter Hair," and within minutes you’re in the chair, cape on, making awkward small talk about the weather.

All ways in and out even if there is a wait. Use online check in that makes a difference. Doesn’t matter who cuts my hair they’re all good.
