Fantastic first experience! Lori was wonderful. She took the time to really nail what I was asking for and exceeded all expectations! She made this new mom feel like herself again. I will definitely be back!

Alex Randolph did a fabulous haircut for me and the all over color she did with highlights was amazing. She took time to listen to me and did exactly what I wanted. I am absolutely in love with my color and it covered my awful gray hairs perfectly. I am so happy with the fantastic job she did . If you need a cut and color, she is who you want to book your appointment with . I will continue to keep coming back to her .

I had a lot of trouble finding a stylist who could get me blonde while also saving the integrity of my hair. And also not making me silver UNTIL I met Theia through facebook. She’s absolutely wonderful and does exactly what I ask everytime! She also lets me know what would make it look better or suit me and my personality better! She so caring about my daily life a my little boy. LOVE LOVE LOVE me some THEIA !

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I spent $215 the stylist I had an appt with showed up 25 minutes late and was not nice and didn't even color my hair. But I sure sat there for over 2 hours while she did something that resembled coloring hair. She said do you like it and I said oh my gosh, no.. you didn't do anything it looks the same if not worse. She just looked at me and walked in the back then a girl from the back came out and basically forced me to pay. I called corporate the same day and they gave me a "case number" then the run around for MONTHS. The store manager finally called and said it's been too long we can't do anything about it, if you had called earlier we would have redone... UMMM you were the one that never returned calls and I would NEVER return there to have my hair further damaged. My hair felt dry and damaged and I had to get treatments for months then had to cut it shorter to get rid of the damage. Clearly they are fine with hiring stylists that don't know what they are doing. Wasted time and money and again CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE.. they just send the info to the manager and the manager tells you to kick rocks. Do your research, go to an experienced stylist. I went in October of last year and have been given multiple case numbers and excuses. Absolute waste of time and money.

Bradie is the best!!! Always coming out of there looking better than before with my cut and highlights. She listens to all of my hair problems and actually fixes it! Highly highly recommend:)
