Not only the best haircut I’ve ever gotten but the best experience in a salon overall. Kristen is the most down to earth, kind and talented person. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Beautiful salon as well. 10/10. Thank you for giving me confidence again!

I have been caring for a couple for about the past 7 months. They both have been coming to this Salon for years, the gentleman more so than his wife. They treat both of them amazing, and they do such a great job on both. Very pleasant atmosphere, is welcoming and clean, and is friendly, and even the other guests are pleasant & friendly. I do not live in Bend, but I will definitely book an appointment the next time I am looking to get my hair, nails, or anything else they offer done. They have complementary refreshments for guest. I think the stylist name is Kristy or Christine. I forget names easily, thank goodness they don't. When I called in for a last-minute appointment for both of my clients, the stylist, she knew our mutual clients by name, and it warmed my soul, she hadn'tseen them in a while, yet she rook the time to fit them both in for the special occasion they were going, great customer service, beyond todays standards. As a companion/ caretaker myself, I only want the best for my clients, and this salon I feel it is.

I have had the hardest time finding a quality place to get my nails done since moving to Bend and am SO GLAD I found Technique! Gina is not only amazing at what she does, but is also an incredible person! I look forward to getting my nails done and will definitely continue to be back🙌🏼 Her colleagues that I have also interacted with while at the spa, all seem amazing as well. Love it here! Easy location & super cute space! Tiffany helped me with my lifeless hair and made it look great again! She knew exactly how to handle my hair type and give me a style that would make it look fuller. The salon and service was a breath of fresh air! I will deffinately be back.

Kristen is super friendly and gives great haircuts. She’s been my stylist for years and I now bring my toddler to get her hair trimmed as well.

Kristen at Technique has cut my hair twice now, after my long time hair stylist moved on. She listens to what you want done, provides great feedback, and then does something amazing with your hair. I'm thrilled that I found this salon and would highly recommend them!

I have been going to Gina Buck for years and Ive never been disappointed by her work. Gina designs custom colors for my shellac nails and we catch up on life. She's wonderful and I'd definitely recommend going to her. She also offers facials and pedicures so if nails aren't your thing she's has a lot of other choices for services offered.
