Edge Hair and Makeup

I eloped at FivePine in Sisters OR. Lori came to my cabin for hair and makeup. It was so wonderful having her help bring my wedding day vision to life. She absolutely nailed the hair and makeup I wanted for my day. Having her come to the cabin made getting ready stress-free and easy.

Lori did my bridal hair, and a few others in my wedding and she was phenomenal. I wanted curls for my wedding, but my hair usually will fall out of a curl within an hour or two so I wasn’t sure if that was feasible. Well I can say that Lori made sure curls happened for me! My typical non-curl holding hair held up SO well throughout the day, even with some rain. It lasted not only through rain, but through being crazy & sweating out on the dance floor. In addition to the great hair-she is very sweet and easy to work with.

We had a destination wedding in Bend, Oregon with the entire bridal party arriving the night before. Lori was a dream! I can’t say enough good things about Lori at Edge Hair & Makeup! She made me look and feel absolutely stunning and was so patient with me. Lori and her team also beautified our entire traveling wedding party, plus my mom and his mom — which was no small task. Lori and her team operated gracefully in a small space with a lot of moving parts and people with professionalism. Plus, they were a joy to spend the morning with! Lori did a great job! My wedding was the day after the crazy Crowdstrike/Microsoft outage which unfortunately left Lori stranded at the airport in New York. She communicated with myself and my planner and tried to make it back in time but there’s only so much you can do. She arranged for another assistant to come do my hair and makeup instead and it turned out great. Everything was on schedule for my wedding and what could have been a major stressor ended up being fine. The hair and makeup held up through 96 degree ceremony and into a night of dancing amazingly.

Lori is such a treasure in Bend for the wedding industry. She cares deeply for her brides and goes the extra mile to ensure that all brides, bridesmaids, and moms feel confident and in love with their hair and makeup for the big day! Throughout the wedding day, all of my bridesmaids kept sharing how much they loved their hair and makeup; they couldn't stop saying how comfortable and beautiful they felt.
