I had an appointment at the hair salon today at 2:30 PM. I was on my way there when the salon contacted me. They called around 2:10 asking, "Are you on your way?" I said yes, but then they told me they had booked someone else as well. Then they said, "No, it’s okay. Just come." Why should I spend my money at a place where I’m not even welcomed? So I just said never mind and canceled the appointment. I moved here from California and have been settled in Seattle for a few years now, but honestly, this is how so many businesses operate here. All they care about is money whatever they see in front of them. There’s absolutely no sense of service. If you’re going to work in the service industry, don’t run your business like this. It really leaves people feeling awful.

Erin is amazing! She cut my hair before and gave me the perfect style for my face shape. This time I came in for a perm and she nailed it again. The results are gorgeous and save me so much time every morning. Highly recommend Erin if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what she’s doing!

i made an appointment successfully ahead of time. And on the second day, they called back said my appointment was canceled because they have another ‘loyal’ customer will take that slot. I’m very mad at this arrangement and it’s super unprofessional. It doesn’t make any sense to kick out other customers who have already booked the slot successfully. And the lady who picked my phone doesn’t listen to my words at all and kept repeating some nonsense words which couldn’t be heard clearly. It’s really hard to communicate. The unprofessional behaviors make it untrustworthy.

Trash service and zero respect for customers’ time. They never start appointments on time, no matter how many times you remind them. Every single visit, I had to wait 10 to 30 minutes—minimum. On top of that, I got stuck with an unskilled hairdresser who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. The only reason I kept coming back was because of the location, but I’m done. What’s the point of booking an appointment if they can’t honor it? If you enjoy wasting your time and gambling on whether your stylist even has a license, be my guest.

One of hair designers name is Jenny. She did really good job of haircut. Definitely she has special skills for haircut. However the reason why I give 2 stars because their customer service which is about managing customer is not good enough. I made an appointment for haircut, I had to drive 40 mins. I heard they do great job for haircut from my friend, so I thought it is worth to go there from far away. But they made a big mistake. When I made an appointment I provided my name and phone number. However, another customer who had a similar name came eariler than my appointment time and they crossed out my name and serve them since they thought we were the same person. First of all, they didn't verify the customer's info. Second, when I came in on time for my appointment they accused me if I called and came to the right place. Lastly, they didn't apologize for the mistake that they made. And then they asked me if I can comeback within an hour or two. How ridiculous it is. I drove 40 mins to get there for only haircut. I complained about this happened, then they decided to do haircut less then 10 mins. I accepted, because I had no choice. However she did really good job, then they charged exactly same amount of haircut. Wow. I hope they don't make a mistake same this happened again.

Made a reservation of 2 through the phone and they ended up putting it down as 1. Come in the store and started blaming it on me that I made the wrong reservation. I don't understand how I can tell them that it was for one person when two people are coming. My haircut was a mess. The lady thought she could cut both of our hair so she cut my hair in like 5-10 min. Turns out she had another customer right after ours who came early so she ended up skipping my friend's and messing my hair up (lengths are different throughout the hair + doesn't even look like the picture I showed her). Ended up apologizing at the end of my haircut because I was mad not because of their service. Usually I'm okay with bad service, but at least get the hair right. Overall, worst experience at a hair salon.

I have been receiving care from the hair styler (won) here. She always knows the importance of scalp care and treats her customers with sincerity. Styling, cut, perm, all are great!!
