I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is always polite and welcoming. Jyot does my facials, threading, and waxing — she’s amazing! She knows exactly what to do, works gently, and makes the whole experience nearly painless. I’ve tried other places when I couldn’t get an appointment with her, but nothing compares. I always leave here completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Having moved to Seattle six years ago, we struggled to find a professional beauty salon that was both clean and run by people who truly knew what they were doing. We finally found it here. Jot is truly amazing—my eyebrows are always perfect, and her experience really shows. Mini is also fantastic. We’ve had both threading and waxing done, and despite my sister and I having sensitive skin, we’ve never had any issues. Their scheduling system also makes it easy to book with the person you want. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been going to Galaxy ever since its conception, and have had no complaints ever. Jot and auntyji are all time favorites. I’ve also recently used them for a lot of saree draping gigs during festivals. Sushma is amazing with her art and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I was able to walk in and get a last minute appointment because of a cancellation. They always have you make an appointment online with a CC on file. Read their cancellation policy carefully! Had a wonderful experience with Mini & Jot. They’re kind, efficient and fast. LOVE the adorable little disposable Velcro skirts they use during the wax appointments. Very clean facility. Will happily come back here again in the future!

I have been a regular customer here, but this time was very disappointing. I had called ahead to confirm if there would be any wait for eyebrow threading and was told there wouldn’t be if I came before 2 PM. I arrived at 1:50 and still waited until after 2. When I checked again after 2, I was told to wait even longer and that it was considered a "walk-in." This felt unfair and disrespectful of my time. Clear communication and better regard for regulars would make the experience much better.

I have been going to Galaxy for about 10 years now and I have always had great experience with them. Jot has always been very accommodating and excellent service.
